Qdoba runs on the assumption that people like to eat low quality food. If I were to know that my food was cold, I would have been better off eating at Taco Bell (in which their food is hot when you get it). There is large potential of getting sick when the food is not heated a certain temperature when served and when I got my food, it was very cold. As far as I’m concerned, Qdoba is disguised as a more expensive Taco Bell. To add toppings cost additionally to the already priced meal. Qdobas restaurant model is a horrible example on how to run a business. Stingy with amount of food, pricy, and tasteless food. Not to mention, the people serving the food act like they dont want to be there.

Food quality: 5 Stars. Im a big Qdoba Fan. Just not this location. Service 1 star. Reason: Asked for a cup water with my burrito on 10/1/15 at 2:42 AM (I informed them I would write a review before doing this). They told me it would cost $2.10(ish) for water because they ran out of "The Water Cups" and I needed to pay for "A Drink Cup". I informed them I was only interested filling the cup with water many times. They didnt seem to care much, "Sorry thats just our rules here". I only had $10 in cash. I was denied the should be free water because they ran out of "Water Cups" and $10 didnt cover burrito and the drink cup.

They say theyre open till midnight but if you go anytime after 11 PM they are out of everything and the food looks like its been sitting there for hours. In fact the person working there told me it HAD been sitting there for hours because theyre only required to change it out every couple hours. They had no white rice, no ancho chili barbecue sauce, not enough chicken for a whole serving. This place is terrible and I do not recommend.

My company does catering orders through Qdoba all the time, and Charlie, the guy who does the deliveries, is a sweetheart. Hes very friendly and sincerely cares about good customer service. He takes the time to make sure everything is set up correctly and to your satisfaction. Plus, for every two chafing racks that you return to the store, you get a coupon for a free entree. The food isnt fancy, but it is tastey.

I am not sure what got into my mind, I went to qdoba here. I liked the cheese quesadilla so I thought I wud try here in this particular restaurant. That was the worst service I have ever had. They put uncooked and lumpy rice in it and burnt it. The ladies working there were soo unfriendly, I came out regretting.

Do not go here. My friend and I both got sick right after eating the food. Something in the food was not fresh. We figured it might have been the expired sour cream, because that was the one thing we both had in our food.

Clean. Tasty. Standard. If youre looking for a Qdoba, this is a good one. The staff are usually friendly and the line moves quickly. The food is fresh and tasty. Its a chain but this one is a good link.
