I ordered a caramel macchiato; was asked if I wanted it hot or iced. I asked for hot. First an iced macchiato was made - no worries, people make mistakes. When I brought it up they quickly made me a hot macchiato, except when I got home I discovered it was just steamed milk with caramel. I should have just taken the iced macchiato and left. It was never offered to me, even when they had realized that they had messed up my order.

I find the staff sterile and not very welcoming, unless you are a local and frequent the place often. A smile wouldnt hurt, hello and how are you would help and a few efficiency gains would improve my review. I still love Starbuck s coffee ... Wethersfields Starbuck location is always a pleasurable stop.

Poor parking and a small store makes for a tough visit. But the staff is friendly, and they are not there to push you along. Rather, they will answer your questions and are willing to make your drink just the way you want it. If you dont mind a bit more walking, park to the right of CVS.

A convenient place to stop on the way to the beach. Ample parking. Shop is clean. The staff is very friendly. But if you order anything other than hot coffee, you may be in for a wait. And the person in line after you might get her drink first.

I can see how parking can be hectic in this shopping center. On my visit it wasnt an issue and the service was quick. Extra points for this particular location having a "Clover" machine.
