This place is the pure definition of trash. I would give it a 0 or a negative if I could. The people were extremely rude. I ordered a drink and they got my order wrong and when and told them they got my order wrong they said they had to charge me extra because of there system.On top of this the guy said that it was my fault because I ordered wrong and I clearly told the lady my order more them once .LIKE WHAT how do you order what you want wrong.The guy was also acting smart with me and from my experience that is not how you treat a customer. I would not go back again and I do not recommend you to go here.

The tea is awesome, much better than the other places nearby. I like mine with less sugar, so the tea taste is very important to me. Best part for me is the large size and it being located right across from the library. Its very convenient for students. Funny someone would complain about getting their car towed when parking on private property. But Im glad they complained, because I didnt even know this place had parking until now. Apparently its the indoor garage right behind the shop which I always thought was for the residents.

I was given the wrong order and i was told it was my fault, when I told the cashier several times my order because she couldnt hear me. They had a radio playing load, and so I said well the boy that made my drink, and you got my order wrong because your to busy hearing the radio instead of listening, and focusing on your customers. They said that they can fix my order but they would have to charge me for there mistake, how is this my fualt!!!!! I dont recommend this place at all.

They will tow your car from a near empty lot while you pick up your sick old dog from your sister who owns an apartment in the building. They are obviously doing it for kickbacks from the towing company. I highly recommend that you do not support this Cafe and their terrible business practices.
