Positive: - Salad and burger tasted good. - Menu lists calories next to each item (or is that required by law?) - Free unlimited fries Negative: - Tablet on the table is annoying, especially the bombardment of adverts. I felt sad watching kids zone out playing crappy Red Robin sponsored games. - The quality of food is reminiscent of fast food, same old mass-produced frozen food reheated to serve the masses. - Server was annoyingly happy and bouncy and replied "absolutely" to everything, including comments we made where the word "absolutely" makes no sense (reminds me of the waiter in the movie The Office). He also came to our table every 5 minutes and wouldnt give us time to eat our food - I had to reply that everything was okay with a mouth full of food. - Free Unlimited Fries taste horrible (and we never got a refill, which was actually a good thing)

Im sorry had the worst time at your restaurant today, my wife and I walk in and first had to wait 6min to get a table, 3 people walk by and said someone will be with you soon, mind you we are the only 2 people in waiting area. Then we get a table and waited and waited and waited, there were empty tables so it was not a full house. After 20min and no one comes by to get our drinks order at least we leave. Ive been to this Red Robin before and this has never happen. Talked to the person in charge CARLOS he tried to offer me things to stay but after what happen no way. I love the food but the service has to go, dont know if ill be back.

I wish I was a mystery shopper our from corporate, you failed. Sat for 20 minutes without someone coming over to our table even for drinks. Watched 2 other families get seated, saw the manager walking around. Had to grab his attention and tell him we have yet to be served. Tells me that viviana will be serving me, so she takes someone elses order who was seated after us then comes over to our table, and instead of taking our order directly she only said "do you need some time. No we didnt and because of her piss poor attitude we left. Sorry to have inconvenienced your server.

Its a nice location to watch sports and have a drink. Their food selection is limited to Hamburger, chicken sandwiches , Salads and more hamburger. We came in on Sunday and our waitress was very friendly but she was taking care of few tables. She was unable to keep up with simple requests like drink refills or extra napkins. Even paying for the bill took her almost 10 minutes to charge my card and bring it back to our table.

Horrible experience for my wife and I! We were escorted to a table; instead of the booth that we wanted. The restaurant was empty and we got placed in a booth right beside the entrance to the very busy and noisy kitchen. The host never told us the name of our waiter when he seated us. We were totally ignored for the next 15 minutes. At that point we gave up and walked out. No one noticed, or said anything.

I ordered a burger, it was so small it looked like something off the kids menu. They served me 5 fries with it. My server didnt come by to check on us until after we paid. He didnt ask us if we wanted refill or nothing. It wasnt that busy for him not to stop by our table. I was not attended well and for the price of that small burger I couldve gone to Jack. I was very disappointed.

This place used to be good but I dont think it is anymore. I went here on my birthday and ordered chicken parmesean and they did it all wrong. Wrong pasta and the chicken patte was plain. The other was a free birthday burger but I found out they used the outer skin shell of the onion that was placed inside...so overall conclusion woyld be a 1 from a 5 star.

I love Red Robin. Amazing food. Sometime the customer service is a hit or miss. The on duty manager seems to always want to make sure you are having a good time. Sometime the customers they get are the reason I dont always have a great experience. The food is the only reason why I keep coming back.

Service is great. Older looking red Robbins chain but fun chill restaurant, like a TGIF but less beer focused. Lots of parking. Great thing is its located in same plaza as costco, costco gas. Wedge fries arent as crispy here though, wings arent a smart older either, stick with burgers haha

excellent service! the appetizer got lost in translation but as soon as we mentioned it they brought it to us for free with no hesitation, pretty quick too. And just about everyone in the place apologized so we felt pretty important and well taken care of.

Good, friendly service. Restraunt was sort of dirty, menus had sticky stuff on them. Food was okay, I had a chicken sandwich and something didnt taste right. Tasted like old veggies. Havent had too much luck with Red Robin the past year or so.

The food and service here was impressive. The locations design and decorations were brilliant. However be warned that this restaurant is quite loud even when not busy as sound just seems to bounce off the walls.

Their regular burgers are nothing special (they are cooked nicely and taste good though). However they always have a burger of the month when I go, and those tend to be amazing. Also the fries are fabulous.

Red Robin is awesome. Great burgers, refillable fries, delicious strawberry lemonade, and a side of ranch... Doesnt get much better than that. I use their Red Royalty card, and I recently got a free meal.

Visit here with the family for dinner every once in a while and we always have a great time. Staff is very friendly. Service can be slow on crowded days but kinda applies to most restaurants these days.

They have great food and friendly staff this is a great place for big get togethers with 10 plus people as the have a huge booth near the middle the only downside is they get really crowded at times

Tried to pay with the machine on the table and had an issue. Couldnt get the attention of the waiter. He never came back once he left the bill.
