The service is terrible here, they have two lanes here, but twice I went to the left lane and was asked to go to the right lane, then they took the order of the car behind the first time, last night it happened again and I asked why didnt they block the lane if it was closed they didnt answer me so I went to the next line, but they never came out to put a orange cone out to block the lane even though there was one out there. Then when we finally got to order they only had spicy legs, we wanted mild they did not offer to cook more and it was only 7pm, something needs to be done to this location because the service is awful. I will not go there again, until it changes, and its not just me, a lot of people have the same experience. This is not the service you expect from Popeyes .

I went there when there was a lot of snow. The lot was horribly cleaned off and I kept getting stuck and slipped and slid. This is a former Hot n Now location so it is a double drive thru only location which is bad if you want to go in and get your food. I ordered and they wanted me to go to the other side of the building to get my food I had already slipped and slid twice and I was close to a pole and I thought someone in the car ahead of me told me to back up but he actually said dont back up and I actually backed into a poll and took off the driver side mirror. The accident was partially my fault and partially the fault of this location. They should have cleaned their drive thru up so this wouldnt have happened in the first place. They also almost didnt get my order right

Service is not bad. Food taste like Popeyes. The games you have to play on every visit. Not accepting credit cards. Not just cash only but exact change. Not having specials advertised on menu board. Board out front shows an 11 piece special, but Im told they only have a 9 piece special. Wanted to make sure the legs in a 9 piece special are mild, but was told that I request certain pieces of chicken. Asked if they were putting in legs in the 9 piece, they answered yes, but cant request only the legs to be mild. They confirmed this was only for this location. Its 95% of the time I have a hoop to jump through to give them my business. So I avoid this location and almost wish it would just close to give another business a chance. One star may be too much.

From the looks of other visitor reviews, the workers, including the manager(s) of the Grandview location, should be set walking. My friend could not fit under the drive-in window canopy due to antennas on his vehicle. The window employee refused to serve him as a pedestrian at the window. There is no inside dining area nor counter. He now goes to the Raytown and Olathe locations, usually 3-5 times per week! Evidentally Grandview Popeyes doesnt like money. We will not attempt to eat there again. Rated one star because zero stars is not acceptable by the Web form. I find Olathe satisfactory but very slow. The Mission location is fast, and the employees are very friendly. Please dont move the Grandview Popeyes management to Mission or Olathe!

I absolutely LOVE me some Popeyes and that is the ONLY reason I come here. If there was another location within a 15 mile radius, this one wouldnt be in business still. They are just terrible. So many times I have gone through (during the lunch and dinner hours) only to be told their bread is frozen. No one thought to thaw it out at opening. Wtf? Even when their bread is thawed out they cant get it right. I always order no lettuce but of course, it comes covered. Half the time I cant even get the correct animal put on my poboy. I always order chicken but usually end up with shrimp. Pay attention, people. Damn.

I waited in line 10 minutes just to take my order then another 15 to get my food. (There were only 3 cars in front of me) Then when I got up to the window they said Id have to wait another 5min for my food unless Id substitute. I was hungry and needed to leave so I agreed. Got into my food and it was old and cold. Fries were stuck together and frozen on the inside. Chicken was like jerky tenders. If I couldve left while I waited the 10min just to order I wouldve. However they have only one way and no side space to be able to pull out and leave. I was stuck between cars. NEVER again

Food tasted ok, even though it was not what i ordered. Waited about 15 minutes to get food, and it was wrong. Wasnt going to wait again too get correct food so i ate it. While waiting a guy walked up and said they forgot to put his chicken in his bag. How do you do that? Its a chicken place, they sent his to go order out without chicken, dafuk! They really need to work on their service here. Had to eat in the parking lot because this location is a drive thru only. Watched 3 cars pull into drive thru and back out because they waited to long. Just all bad!

This location is drive thru only. Service was horribly slow with no explanation that there would be a 15 minute wait until after I had already paid. This was on top of waiting closer to 10 minutes before they gave us any food and letting us know about the extra wait. The person working the window was impatient and rude. She rolled her eyes multiple times when I asked for clarification on my order. She yanked receipts out of my hand and was very argumentative. They were also out of a few sides and running low on chicken. I wont be returning.

This is one of the worst Popeyes I been to. I only go here when I dont feel like driving to far. This location never seems to have what you want. They always out of items and on top of that you have to wait forever just to get it. They have poor staff that carries bad attitudes when we should be the ones upset. Were waiting just to get simple orders and the food is usually over-cooked or taste old. I came here four times to even see if it changed and it hasnt. I rather drive the extra mile than to come here again.

Numerous bad experiences at this location. Always slow, seem to always be out of things. I mean 12 minute wait on spicy chicken at 11:37? Usually they take your order, then you have to wait in the parking lot. Its gotten to where we either go to State Line, 63rd and Troost or get something else, which is sad because we like Popeyes the best of the 3. But we hate this location. I know our business isnt the only business they have lost, but they, (and whoever the manager is), dont seem to care.

Not only do you not give me 5 tenders like I ordered, you give me 4 of the smallest ones on top of that. This isnt the first time you didnt get my order right. I dont understand whats so hard to count something and put decent sizes in a box. Im not one to put a company on blast, but after multiple times of not getting it right, then your store needs some new employees and managers. Do not go to the grandview location off 71 and main. Unless you want to spend $10 for a box of scrapes.
