As soon as we walked in, the displeasure started. No one to greet us. We stood for a few minutes as the host was chatting with other employess. As we waited, I walked over to salad bar, it was dirty, half empty containers and just dirty. Once we were seated, we walked through the place and dirty tables everywhere...Once seated, our server was extremely cold, because she had on a large coat and no personality. The food was luke warm and extremely salty. We asked for an exchange of apps and pay the extra, and was told NO...just no..LOL...No managers were visible or available to speak with. We have never had such a horrible experience at Ruby Tuesday. The manager, Allen, did call a few days later, and was apologetic and assured us that the store was under going new management. He also offered to send a gift card as a gesture. We never received it. Bad taste left in our mouths(pun intended)

Wow TERRIBLE service! We came in the door to find a hostess stand with no hostess. After some time I went to track down one of the few employees that were on the floor )who were just standing there socializing). We were finally sat down and then nobody came to take our order. Again I tracked someone down. The waitress I found literally said nothing and just walked pass me as if I wasnt even there or had asked about getting a server. Ridiculous. We should have left but we were hungry so just went a head and helped ourselves to the salad bar. Eventually someone came to get our drink order then ignored us the rest of the time. I had to again track someone down to pay our bill. I will never go here again. Every single employee was absolutely rude.

Bad service, Staff and Management!!!!!!! Worst place ever! I came in with a party of 5. There wasnt to many ppl there first of all and we still had to wait 10min for a table. When we got our table waited another 20min just to place and order. My nephew who is only 5 yrs old got his food last after they forgot his food. My BF order a beer and never got it. Getting a refilled was a 15min wait and a 20min wait for a split check. I got my check and paid my bill with cash and never got my receipt or changes back while ever one else got theirs. Ask to talk to a manager and he was Very Rude and did nothing about it. All he could say IS he will talk to his staff member. Worst place ever!!!!!!

Dont eat there too late. The cooks burn meals and the black bold headed manager does not care about your food being burned. I also found a hair on the salad bar which I told him. It was my daughters birthday celebration and they couldnt even bring a candle. It was a terrible experience. I went home hungry. They didnt even replaced the burnt food or tried to even give me a menu. They ignored the entire problem. He just took it off my check. I also had to get up 3 times to get drinks. They were not busy at all. Terrible waitresses Terrible food & Terrible experience. Never eating there again.

My mom and I waited 20 minutes just for our drinks, which came with out straws and another 30 minutes for our food. By the time our food did come it they didnt bring any untensils or napkins. After waiting another 10 minutes and not getting our utensils, we left. Besides that, it was disappointing waiting so long for food that looked sunpar. The salad looked like it was sitting for hours, the mac & cheese was molded together and I was able to pick it and it came out the same shape as the bowl. Wast of time

My fiancé and I went for dinner during a weekday about a month ago. There were like 5 table. It took about 45 mins to get cups of water. We also order alcoholic drinks that apparently sat at the bar for a while. I sent my drink back, bc it was disgusting. Wait some more and we finally recieve our food... cold! I could not for the life of me understand the issues that we had with only a handful of tables. This is the worst experience that I have ever had at this location. They are usually one point.

Two words: Terrible Service. I have been there twice needless to say i am still waiting on my bread to come to the table there is always an excuse. i spoke with the new manager who promised to take care on the problem. Again i am still waiting. I notice that the blame is always passed to someone else. I have been a supervisor for over twenty years i have never seen any mess like this, I will never go to the this place again. i just gave it one star because it wouldnt let me post without it. -1 star

Use me have a good time but today with the old potato that you couldnt get from the peeling and them giving me something that I didnt ask for. I suppose I got coconut cake and I end up some kind of cake with ice cream. I feel very slight at in there. At least the state was good. I thought I was going to get diabetic sugar coma from the drink supposed to been strawberry but it stays more like line a book strawberry flavor... This was lemonade strawberry. Ill just go to another one.

Worst dining experience at this chain restaurant that probably killed it for me ever going to any Ruby Tuesday. Rude staff. Waited a long time. Just over all awful experience. Cant even rate the food because I was turned off by the atmospher and awfully rude wait staff before I even ate. Manager did not care to even address the problems either. Over all...not worth my money or time. I advise that if you want good service go across the street to check out the other places to eat.

The new direction Rudy Tuesday is going is amazing. This is the Ruby Tuesday I remember from back in the day the setting is beautiful me and my lovely Queen shared Eart Day dinner there. The best salad bar by far especially when your eating healthy and still want to enjoy a nice dinner out with your special someone please keep it up. Its our favorite place to dine love the staff job well done guys keep it goin from one of loyal customer

The food is always good, but the last few times I went, the service has not been as good as in the past. Last time we went during lunch, and it was not very busy, but we had to wait for quite some time for someone to greet us, and once we sat down, it took about 10 minutes before someone came over and checked on us. But when we have been there during busy times like Friday and Saturday evenings, the service has always been very good.

If i could rate it with no star i would. Went in to eat got seated right away. Sat for 15 mins manager walked by didnt ask anything. The so called waiter came out smiling went right passed us and didnt say a word. Ahe came by again smiling and still nothing. wont go back they got everybodys order that came in after us. We are rhe only whites in the place. MOST RACIST PLACE TO GO. service sucks
