I went to the drive up and sat there for 10 minutes and I finally said "hello" and finally a guy answered and said sorry about the wait. So I ordered my sandwich, and asked about a smoothie ( they show none of them on there menu outside). I asked if they have a strawberry banana. he started telling me about a pina colada one and a coconut one. He totally did not listen to what I asked for. I finally just finished my order and went up to the pay window. I once again sat there foe another 10 minutes before they even opened the window to help me. The receipt says the cashier was Stacy but it was a guy helping me. He was not friendly at all, and their customer service was horrible. I get back to the office and open my sandwich, and I had asked for no onions, it had onions, and the avocados were blackened. Needless to say my lunch was not good at all. dont know that I will go back.

I gave it a 3 because both times I have been here the food was amazing, their bakery is to die for BUT the customer service needs vast improvement. They are not very friendly when taking your order and seem like they hate their job. Today is the day before mothers day and I didnt know they were giving away free French toast to mothers until I heard the cashier next to me ask another woman if she was a mom while I asked for some water after getting my food. I told my cashier I was never asked if I was a mom to get French toast. I felt judged for being a young mom without my child with me at the time. Should they not be asking everyone instead of picking and choosing? Discrimination. When I said i was never asked, the cashier then proceeded to ask me again as though I was lying.

Their breakfast is great. Decided to try their sandwiches and they are pathetic. Two slices of paper thin pastrami (think of the worst stuff you can buy in A grocery store) for ~8.50. French dip was worse in terms of meat. Think 1/16th inch of roast beef on a huge french roll. I wont ever order a sandwich beyond breakfast there again. Panera and Arbys both have this place beat hands down in terms of soups and sandwiches. Dont waste your money unless going for breakfast. Spoke with manager on way out and was I formed that they carefully measure out 3 ounces of meat for each sandwich. Maybe their scales are broken.....but even 3 ounces is pathetic for whatthey are charging for sandwiches.

I have been through the drive through 3 times. Each time I didnt order much, just something for me and something fast to get back to work. Each time I have waited SO LONG for my food. We are talking literally 15-20 mins. The food is good but after waiting (no kidding) 15 minutes the guy tonight didnt even fill up the soup bowl, he barely filled up my soda and all this after they were OUT of what I originally wanted. He didnt apologize for the extremely long wait or anything. If I had gone to Chick Fil A just across the street, they would have given me dinner free for waiting HALF that time and thrown something in too. VERY DISAPOINTING. WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME AGAIN.

Sandwich was really over priced... And there lady at the counter was beyond confused when one of the kids in our group asked if they could add chicken to a grilled cheese sandwich. "Well then its not a grilled cheese..." Ok we said. "How about the chicken cheese and ham sandwich hot but with out the ham?" She responds with "I dont think I can do that, let me find a manager" really!?!? To make our experience even better... Went to buy some bread to go and there were flies inside the bag... Inside.

Me and wife just had a wonderful experience here. Brett, i believe he was the store manager, did a absolutely amazing job! By far the best customer service iv ever had. We still cant stop talking about it. I was expecting a (alright) experience, was blown away. Cant wait to try the french toast! Good luck Brett with your store at 98th and Washington. Were planing on going to your location on September 16!

Its hard to build a bad sandwich, but they figured out how. I ordered French Dip. There was so little meat on it, I took the meat from one side and put it on the other to try to make half a sandwich. The beef must have been under the warming lights for a long time. It was tasteless, tough and very dry. I ate a few bites and threw away the rest. You need to mind the details.

Me and my wife went here 15mins ago and my wife ordered the wrong sandwich, she is pregnant and very picky so we called and explained to them what happened and the gentleman that works there answered and told us to come and grab the one she wanted for free. Kneaders not only has the best food around but also has the best people. Thank you sir for everything! !

This was my first time eating at Kneader s and if I lived here, I would visit there all the time! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The staff were so curteous and patient as, not having been there before, I had time to look at the menu and ask questions. I recommend this eatery highly. Rose

I loved going to Kneaders, until I got food poisoning from the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. I went online to inform "someone" concerning my experience. The ONLY I asked for... was to have the food & condiments examined. This was on the 18th and I havent heard anything back. This tells me that they dont care.

Friendly staff. Great sandwiches if youre going here to order food order the turkey bacon avocado sandwich on focaccia. It is my personal favorite and all of my friends personal favorite. The bread here is just great. The desserts are okay but Im not much of a desert sky so it wasnt a big deal for me.

I am invited to Christmas brunch so wanted to try the orange rolls before I bought them to take. I was very disappointed. The flavor was so artificial, the roll part was very dry and the frosting too sweet. I will not be purchasing any baked goods from Kneaders. Very disappointed!!!

The food id below par for the price. Bad custumer service, nobody knows how to use the register and ordering takes a long time. You could take a full fledge nap before they get your food out. NOT RECOMMENDED. EAT AT FIREHOUSE IN THE PARKING LOT, BETTER SANDWITCHES CHEAPER PRICE.
