By far the worst Pizza Hut experience of my life. Placed an order online, only to have it charge my card and then tell me the restaurant wasnt accepting online orders. Went to the restaurant to see if the order had been placed. No order. The only pleasant thing about this whole experience was Ashley. She was very helpful giving me the GMs information and telling me to come back in tomorrow to talk to the GM. At that point, my boyfriend went ahead and placed the order that was lost. We were told there would be about an hour wait, plus delivery time. After almost two hours we called, only to have them rudely tell us several times that they did not, in fact, have the order we placed, even though we had the receipts and credit card charges to prove it had been. After several minutes of scrambling they finally found it, and told us it would be delivered in about 20 minutes. It finally showed up after nearly an hour, making it nearly 3 hours since the order was initially placed. Seems to be the trend with this particular restaurant after seeing the other reviews.

Most of the people giving bad reviews dont realize that we cover the largest delivery area in town, including the UA campus, Stillman campus, as well as tens of thousands of surrounding apartments, homes, and businesses. A person has to pass a background check and have a good driving record to deliver, so good help is hard to find sometimes. If your order is late, ninety-nine times out of a hundred its not the drivers fault. Trains block passages for a long time, traffic is terrible during the school year, cooks quit during their shifts, and football season creates a whole new logistical nightmare. If you simply can not wait, come pick it up at the store. We dont just hand out discounts unprovoked, however; If you are unsatisfied with your food, just tell us whats wrong with it, and we will make it right.

I have been there several times this year and not had a bad experience until yesterday, I met my wife and Granddaughter there and everything was fine until we leave ,my wife goes to the counter to pay the ticket which was 26.00 without a tip so she adds a 3.00 tip and we leave ,she is checking her bank account later and noticed they are charging her a 26.00 charge and then a 29.00 charge which was after the tip she has called at least a dozen times but NO Help SO PIZZA HUT AND WHO EVER OWNS THE ONE ON 15TH STREET IN TUSCALOOSA YOU WILL GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN AND I HOPE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ARRESTED FOR THIS ITS CALLED FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

Do not come eat inside. This place is absolutely terrible. Dirty store, food that looks like its been sitting out for days that tastes even worse, slow employees, this place is a grab bag of suck. I get that its a buffet and to keep my hopes down but this place is just too much. After trying the 4 things they had out on the buffet, none of which were edible, I tried getting a salad because I figure how do you screw up a salad. Well folks, Pizza Hut has got that one down pat. I felt like I was eating out of a dumpster this salad was so rotten. If you feel like a pizza buffet save your money and go to CiCis.

I consider myself a frequent customer so I was highly dissatisfied today when I arrived at the restaraunt on 15th. I had put my order in online and waited about 20 mins to go get it but when I arrived I was told to wait and then 10 mins later she tells me that it will be ANOTHER 20 mins, that her manager was not there and they have a new cook that doesnt know what hes doing. Running late, I had to go without and leave. I found this very unprofessional. I dont mind a little wait but today was ridiculous and I wasnt even offered a discount or compensation. Definitely wont be returning to that store.

Ordered a pizza online and they cancelled my order without telling me. I called them 2 hours after ordering and they told me they had cancelled my order because I lived too close to campus. I live a few miles away from campus, the football game had been over for almost 3 hours at that point and there was zero traffic by where I live, even during the game. They have delivered here on busier game days in the past with no problems. Furthermore, they had my email and phone number but made no effort to contact me and let me know that my pizza wasnt coming. Very disappointed.

Never had a problem with this store. Oder from here every time I’m at work. But today day was wtf. Took them about 2 hours to deliver the pizza, on top of that forgot my drink. Drive said he be right back. But never showed up. Even when I get the pizza it was cold. And the customer line was a pain. Just no. I worked for pizza hut for about over 5 years as a driver and a mangier and there is no way I would have done this to a customer or let my drive show up that late with a cold pizza.

They wouldnt deliver to us when we were 1.8 miles away at a business in the broad daylight. They said it was because of the neighborhood we were in. We were on 18th St. and their business is located on 15th. So much for being your "neighborhood friendly" pizza hut. Glad the pizza huts in Mobile dont treat customers like that. According to map quest, a whole 6 min. drive. Sure do feel sorry for yall in Tuscaloosa

I got here waited to get a table cleaned off waiter asked what kind of drink and told me to help myself at the buffet. I fixed my salad and pizza plate and asked if any more marinara was coming out he said hed check. He disappeared finished my salad ate my pizza with marinara I had to ask for again and its cold. Got my drink as I finished my food!!

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I have never gotten my food within the time given, I have always gotten sub-par food from them, and the customer service is awful. The only reason I continue to order from them is the fact that this is the only pizza hut in town that will deliver to my apt.

Extremely slow! My order pickup time was 2:04, I say the window for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came nonchalantly Asking me what I needed. On top of that my pizza was cold. This is the second time in a row that I went to this location and recieved bad service and unsatisfying food.

Ordered online, they said it was going to be 2 hours. Called and cancelled my order. I opened another tab on my browser and ordered from Dominos and they said it would be 20 minutes. If you have all day and night to wait for pizza, then please be a patron of the Pizza Hut on 15th St.

Very slow!!! Three times in a row I have ordered carryout, shown up 15 min after I was told it would be ready and still had to wait another 20 min at least. Once took 1 hour and 30 minutes longer than they said. Terrible!!
