Had a long day.I was starving toningt. Had to get a ride to Inn & Out. I got my fiid to go and was dropped off at home. I got settled and ready to relax and eat. Then it happened... I opened the bag and my food was not made how I odered it!! No way to go back Its midnight Hungry as hell Have a sick headache Foods almost cold They put everything on both bugers. The spread alone was not removable. The pickles in the spread makes me sick. What should I do???

This place is not suitable for a person who doesnt eat beef. I ordered the grilled cheese, thinking I was getting a normal grilled cheese, but it was just a cheeseburger without the patty. It was disgusting. But, based on the prices, I see why the place is so popular. Their fries are cooked in cottonseed oil, which "is made from a byproduct of the industrial waste from the cotton farming industry, which isn’t a food crop." I will not be back.

the Official Burger Chain of California. You cant be in California without eating at In-N-Out. Definitely has the BIGGEST parking lot of all other In-N-Out restaurants I have visited. The parking lots are always the cons of their restaurants as they tend to be very compact and small. But this one had lots of room, but it got pretty busy inside although this isnt an uncommon situation, as it is as I stated before Californias official Burger place.

In n Out is the best fast food place around, but at this location we frequently have problems with them getting our orders wrong. This isnt just forgetting onions or something, were talking forgetting entire burgers. Its the only In n Out in town though, and the food is still good.

Awesome customer service. They took a little while to give us our food at the drive thru. They gave us the drinks frist and we finished the shake before we got our food and they refilled it for free while we waited. Second time there was fast and great customer service..

Shabbiest in and out Ive been to so far, had very nice male employees who were extremely helpful but the woman cashier was extremely fake and animated and loud I felt like I was at disneyland talking Mary Poppins or something. I wont be back to this one.

The burgers and shakes are the best at any in and out but customer service and the fries do not match up to them. I mean my boss couldnt even get change....???whaaat? He spent damn near hundred bucks like $65 and couldnt get change for a $100

This place is the best me and my family love eating there the food and is great it is a little to crowded but if you are a vegetarian I would not recommend In-N-Out but the if you like fast food then In-N-Out is the place for you !!!!! :D

There is just something about In and Out that makes it so delicious. This particular In and Out is a spot we usually go to on a Sacramento trip as it is very easy to get to. Food was made well and the dining area was really clean.

Great service. They always have someone taking orders in the line to move things along. That is very much appreciated. Long lines in the drive thru move quickly and food is handed to you hot and fresh.
