Today which is Tuesday I called ahead of time to see if there was any parsley and cheese Italian sausage left because it goes quick but the owner told me previously that they make it every tuesday,so I cant miss right? Well the young lady that answered the phone said yes they do have some left, I said great Ill be there in 10 minutes please put it aside for me. When i got there is told the young lady that I was the one who called and she had an embarrassed face as she tells me the owner just walked out with the rest of it to take home for their dinner, the first thing i said was (well didnt you tell them i just called and asked you to put it aside) and she said yes but took it all anyway,now that is some selfish,and poor business relations with their customers,and after commuting two hours home from work I didnt want to drive out again for no reason, thats why we call ahead!!! Well owners of franks, Ill never spend another penny of my money in your deli again, and I was a very regular customer but never again because of your petty selfishness.

I frequent shop at Franks Deli for my fresh cut NY strip steaks , which are cut daily. Not only are the steaks unbelievable, the homemade sausage which is made weekly is a must. This is a family owned store which care about their customers. Franks has been in business for over 30 years. I highly recommend this specialty Deli .

Every time I walk into franks I can smell a mix of all the fresh food they are makeing. My personal favorite is the fresh cheese. Franks deli is a friendly place to stop in grab a snack and a drink (for cheep) and have a good time. And help is wanted if u have a chance stop by and ask.

I absolutely love this place. It is a quintessential local deli with everything youd expect to find. The broccoli rabe (sp?) is my favorite thing to add to any sandwich or wrap. You cant beat the prices and service here.
