I used to go in often, today my order was messed up twice, the woman was so rude in there -- there is one lovely woman with an accent the other lady I called to let them know I opened my food it was burnt and smelled like smoke - not edible after she messed up the first time -- go in at your own risk make sure you have the nice lady with the accent help you she gets it right and is respectful. Not my first crappy service from them she makes you feel like she is doing you a favor no customer service skills. I did ask for Adam or the manager which would have prevented this review ... but they wouldnt allow me to speak to him.

Nice convenient location. Bagels are just average at best. I had a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel. My daughter did rave about her plain bagel and lox.... The staff was very underwhelming. I ordered 2 dozen bagels and the girl looked like she was going to cry. It also took forever. I Was there at 6am and they had no everything or plain. Really? They do have a full bakery with fresh breads and amazing looking sweets.

Been here 3 times. each time i ordered taylor ham and cheese with no egg. each time the taylor ham is basically raw, the bagel is doughey and underbaked and the cheese isnt even melted. very disappointing. 3 strikes and youre out. have not returned since.

Work close to the location. More times than not, Im in the bathroom after eating there. Breakfast is OK. Hot sandwiches/wraps for Lunch always bother me. Im done with the place unless I need another enema, then Im back.

I had a racist experience here. I stood in line patiently but when I got to the front of the line, they looked me in the eye and then called the people behind me to the counter. So blatant. I walked out.

Good sandwiches everything is fresh including bakery idems. Lunch is cheap and plentiful. Yet bakery idems are quite expensive
