Byblos Café and Grille is a Halal certified restaurant which caters to the casual business scene for Wayne State University students, professors and associates. Our daily specials, combos, vegetarian dishes, desserts, and scented teas are offered for your breakfast, lunch and dinner pleasure for dining-in, carryout and catering occasions. WoW what a super first eat up with a great bowl of Lentil Soup,,, Fatoosh Salad and Fresh Bread. The Kafta was superb along with the fluffy rice and pickled beets. I had the most unique chicken breasts with giant grill marks that had has been marinated and cooked to perfection that with eat bite juices flowed out and the mega bowl of the scrumptious hot steamed Garlic Sauce something Ive never had will keep us coming back for much more A large menu of real deal middle eastern foods that has excited my taste buds since the place is so nice with those 2 rotating spits of meats shining in the kitchen opening. Terrible service, order made incorrectly for the 3rd and final time. I have watched this place go from my favorite local resturaunt, to failing to make 1 single wrap correctly with no body in the dining room at noon on a Tuesday. Then to top it off the cashier tried to short change me on the return of my money. My total was 11.10 with tip for a wrap plus a baklava, she tried giving 5.10, and then I demanded the rest of my bill. I left with 9.10, and a baklava. I will never be back.

Byblos III in Redford features proper ingredients prepared and served exactly as they should be. The competent, friendly and respectful staff always leave us feeling better for having eaten there. Also wanted to let you know how much our family appreciates you being open during Ramadan. Thanks Byblos, we are fortunate to have you in our neighborhood.

They sometimes shut down the grill early as a result of this, unfortunately, I/customers can not order (my favorite) menu items that need to be grilled like their amazing chicken shawarma. That is only issue Ive ever had. I absolutely love all their food, fresh fruit smoothies and fresh juice.

It was awful. All the signs were there. Friday at dinner time, no customers, and a Christmas tree in a Lebanese cuisine restaurant.
