The customer service was horrendous ! The woman that waited on my young daughters and I was swearing under her breath And giving me an attitude because I asked for an extra side of cream cheese. My 11 year old daughter told me she heard her say the f word two times. Then I saw a sign up that read soups will be available in September so I asked what kind of soups will you have? and again she gave me a awful attitude. Another time I brought my children there around 1030am and as soon as we walked in the door the same woman yelled "we are closed, we are out of bagels" and before I turned to leave I looked on the shelves and saw plenty of bagels. I keep giving that place chances to give them business but I keep getting horrible customer service.

Went in this morning at 9:45 a.m., and they were out of virtually every type of bagel, save for cheddar jalapeno and some other off the cuff flavors. The woman behind the counter had an attitude because of something the lady in front of me had said, but that happens. However, Ive heard she has a major attitude with many customers. Sure hope she owns the place and doesnt care about losing business. What I dont understand is how you can be a bagel shop that runs out of the basic kinds of bagels in the first couple of hours of the day. Ironically, we ended up having to go down the street to Dunkin Donuts to get bagels. Not good.

I go here when Im on my way to play some disc golf at 6 am. The lady here is super friendly and makes the best breakfast sandwiches around (yes, way better than dunkin donuts)

Fantastic food and friendly service. I highly recommend either the Jalapeno or Asiago bagel with Vegi or Jalapeno cream cheese.
