The location is awful, especially for the drive-thru. Service is always pretty slow, so traffic gets backed up. You have other traffic coming from four areas trying to SQUEEZE through cars waiting in line. And why have two windows put in during the remodel, but only use one? Makes no sense. Id rather go across the street to Target and use their Starbucks.

They have lost a customer. I have been going there for years, almost daily (sometimes 2 times per day!) and in the past week I have had my drink made wrong 3 times!!!! I can no longer wait in that long line and pay 5 dollars for a drink that is made incorrectly! Pay attention!

Im a regular and always feel welcome. People here are REAL and always friendly....even before Ive had my coffee. Lol. Love everyone. I must admit that Im terribly in love with all the girls there. Especially the dark haired girl. Lol.

I love this place. I come here to work for a while and have a good tea, everything tastes so good! The down side are the baristas. Some are friendly, some are not.... Some are noisy!

Although the service was friendly, it was not speedy. Extremely slow service in the drive thru. Entire experience took over 10 minutes. It would have been quicker to walk in.
