Publix: Where shopping is NOT A pleasure. Just moved to the area and this was the only time Ive hated my exp at a Publix. First I couldnt find anything bc of the horrible layout. Cheese is on the opposite side of the store to DAIRY. Their Organic produce is twice the price of regular and yet its half the size, and mushy/rotten. Then when I asked the bagger to please not throw ALL 3 glass sauce jars in one bag bc they would break he gave me the worst "teen with attitude" expression. He then proceeded to put 1 item per bag the rest of bagging to make a point. My advice...Walmart is across the street instead and Whole Foods is worth the 30 min drive for better Organic.

Service and fool are great, except for the publix bread made there. The loaves are already stale when you buy them (I think they leave them out to cool too long before slicing) so if you dont want bread like a rock the next day, go to another Publix to buy their usually wonderful breads. I havfe complained and complained about this to the management, but the bread remains stale. I have no problem with the breads on14th St or Manatee Ave, or, most of the time, AmnaMaria, so it is only this 43rd ST W & Cortez store that has a problem.

I had to wait for 10 mins before I ordered my sub then the lady tried to give me bread that wasnt cooked all the way so when I asked for another roll she had a attitude so has she processed to ask if I wanted mayo I said yes heavy plz she didnt so when I asked for more she took a deep breath and kinda slammed the bread like she was up set. Customer service at this store is horrible dont waste your time at this location

I love the food they provide at the deli (sandwiches, salads, fried chicken). Everything is always so delicious. HOWEVER, they are painfully slow. I mean like 10 minutes to make a sandwich! I thought maybe it was just because they were under staffed that day I went but it is literally every time I come here! I try to avoid the lunch rush but please could you make the sandwiches faster!

Had a bad experience placing a sub order at this store . Just a rude attitude from the Deli lady. Base on some recent reviews here, i think your staff needs to go back in traning and have a better/friendly communication skills to your guests. So, i eventually call my Publix store near me (lockwoodride/70) was easy and friendly. Must learn from them i guess.

Unfortunately, for their practically endless things, they are way too expensive. I could just go to the fresh market, or Walmart. One thing in particular is that I tried to order a Pub-Sub, and the lady was rude, only because it was semi-loud in there. Still, thats no excuse to be rude. I think its fair to say that they need some work.

Most excellent! Publix Deli for dinner. Cant go wrong. Wide variety of possibilities hot or cold sandwiches. Soups, chili. And chicken. Wow! Hot chicken, cold chicken, spicy chicken, rotisserie chicken. And best of all, turn around and theres a wide variety of deserts. YUM!

Rx app says that my medication for 20 pills would be $9 and some change my script was for 8 pills and cost 22.95 ...They said that theyre not with them... But yet the person who took my script took the Rx number off my phone.... Rip off ugh
