Do not order pizza from this Pizza Hut restaurant!!! i came into Houston to have chemotherapy and stayed in a hotel in Porter, TX. I made my order online at 7PM and received it at 8:25PM. The stuffed crust pizza arrived ice cold and there was NO cheese at all in the crust. We also ordered two side salads. The tomatoes were so rotten they were mush. Seeing that I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 cancer, I cannot eat old food. It could give me an infection and kill me. I proceeded to call the restaurant location and speak to Ruth the manager. I explained to her the poor state of the food and said that I either wanted a refund or another pizza. She told me that as of last week the store policy stated that she could not help me with either. I told her that I did not want the pizza and had not even touched it. Her response was "well throw it out then". After spending $30 on a pizza I dont just want to "throw it out". I either want another suitable pizza or I want my money back. I told her that if I was not compensated or did not get suitable customer service I would call corporate and put bad reviews online for her restaurant. The manager then hung up on me and when I tried to call back to get things worked out I was immediately hung up on. This was completely unprofessional on their part. About an hour later I get a call from the local police. The officer said that she was accusing me of threatening her somehow. Well it is a good thing I called corporate because they said all calls are recorded. That is great, at least I am protected. I have stage 3 cancer, I am not in the position nor will I ever be threatening anyone. Hopefully Pizza Hut corporate can instruct the staff at this location on good management skills, making a decent pizza, customer service and satisfaction and not wasting others time. The customer should always be right and honesty and professionalism are the key to run a successful business. Bad pizza, bad service, bad ethics.

El servicio muy malo la que me atendió muy racista me dió la orden para llevar en la mano bien calientes y sin bolsa ni rancho y cuando le pedí bolsa me la dió de mala gana y sé fue atender la mesa y con las de la mesa estaba riendo a carcajadas y con nosotros bien grocera su actitud , la espere y me pregunta necesitas algo más le digo si me puede dar ranch y me dió una copita de aproximadamente 2 onzas para dos órdenes de 12 winss y otra de 18 me hizo sentir bien feo por qué no fui a que me regalara la comida fui a comprar.

I ordered my pizza at 615. They quoted me one hour...715. I called around 720 to check my status and they said theyd call me back. I called again at 730... Same thing... I got a hold of a manager around 745 they said my pizza was ready and they were waiting for a delivery guy...that means if they had stuck to the quote, my pizza would have been sitting for an hour and a half. Around 815 I drove to this dump...there were 3 people waiting in line for pick up orders...the rest of the place was dead...they went even busy! The manager let us know that the driver had just left, as I informed her of the time line, she offerd me a thin crust...because thats all they had left. We are now at dominos waiting on our delicious artisan pizza. Let me make this totally clear...they were going to send me a pizza that was at least a half hour old, and charge me for it... With no other offers of compensation besides a pizza I didnt want... This place is horrible. .l.(>_<).l.

Bad service really suck I order 2 pizza at 9:45 pm and never received and the next they call me and they ask me if still want the pizza ... ordene 2 pizzas a las 9:45PM espere y espere y llame y nunca me contestaron hasta como 10:45 y me comunicaron a otra persona y de ahí a otra esta es mi 2 vez q pasa eso mal servicio no vayan

Everytime I have ordered here they have been Atleast 20min late delivering my pizza. One night after a hour 30min wait my 1 pizza still wasnt there so I called and they said they didnt have my order in so after being transferred 4 times I speak to a manager who says I have to understand because it was a football night and there delivery time they give out is just a estimate. My pizza was a hr late and barely warm. Then this past week to boy who delivers our pizza is $13 short on our change. So when my husband comes back in he tells me to call the store and after I get transferred to the wrong people 3 times hia manager made him come back a hour later and hes still $4 short!!!

I have had deliveries from this place for a decade now. Most recent I ordered and the delivery never came. I called them and was told I would speak to the manager only to to get the same kid back on the line who said that they could not find my order then I was told the driver tried to call me and got a number disconnected message and the manager tried to call me and got a disconnected message. I called them from the phone they told me was disconnected. I had no missed calls or voicemails I just had a delivery 2 days ago with no phone call. Again, I have been a loyal customer for years. Using the same address same phone number and they basically told me "oh well"

I order from this place at least once a week. They deliver to my business and Im always really happy with the service. They know I have dogs at the shop so they always call ahead to let me know theyre near so I can go outside and they always get my special orders right. Theyre always really friendly and I disagree with a lot of these negative reviews in that I feel they really DO care about getting the order right and making people happy. I use to only order from Dominos but after too many let downs I tried these guys out and for about the last year and a half they have nailed it. Theyre good in my book!!

I placed an order online at 4:30 to be delivered at 5:30. At 6:15 my pizzas still hadnt arrived. I called 3 times and they sent messages for the mgr to call me. No one ever called, but my card was already charged! Finally at 7:15 I called very upset and told them I was driving to get my pizza and I wanted it free. My daughter was having a sleepover and I had to load up 6 girls and go get my pizza! In the 10 minutes I was there she gave 3 refunds! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! Will never order from there again!

I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas. Easy enough, right? Well apparently not for this location. Two and half hours and FOUR pizzas later I STILL dont have the pizzas I ordered. Now Ive been on hold for nearly 15min and still dont have a resolution. This place, these people are ridiculous and dont give a crap about their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Unless you just love pizza and dont care what they bring to your house. Then youre good.
