WORST experience ever. order was wrong never got the corrected order. asked for a manager and he JUNIOR never came. we walked out. threatened to call the cops on me for non payment. well i finally got the manager he was rude as can be said they would remake it i said you never even brought the corrected order to the table i said we sat here over 45 minutes and never even got to eat. he comped one of the meals and we paid the difference. paying was not the problem it was the lack of service and after 45 minutes and NO food i mean HELLO... . only gave 1 star because i HAD too../.

Freddie has been a wonderful manager here, but other than he and Trisha the waitress and Samantha the waitress, the service Ive had has been AWFUL. The customer service normally is terrible. Even if they make a mistake, they are hesitant/refuse to take it off the bill. Occasionally they will discount it, but they still make you pay for part even if you didnt eat it or want it due to their mistake. Id give the aforementioned three five stars each if I could, and they are the only reason I have given them three stars and not one. Unfortunately, I like the food, so I keep coming back.

Worse IHOP I have ever been in. The restaurant was not busy, but our food took a long time to come out. And was cold when it did come out. My onion rings were soggy. My husbands food came out 5min after ours. Servers were yelling at the cooks and playing loudly in the back. Our server was friendly but never checked on us after we got our food. I had to hunt her down to get our check. Bathrooms were filthy. Trash over flowing. The papertowel roll was on the nasty floor.

I tried calling in my order for pickup and I was transferred 3 times and when I did finally speak with someone it was as though she couldnt understand english i had to repeat each of my 3 orders. I had to eventually drive in to order and pick it up. The employees and the phone like they are at home and you can barely understand the dialect. There is a bad need of customer service training.

The waitress was slow to bring drink orders, Im sure it was over 10 mins before she came back to take our meal order. The omelets we ordered took a very long time to come to us. It was 6:00 on a Wednesday night and I think there was 1 other family in the restaurant and another booth with employees in it. Being dinner time and so empty apparently the locals know of its service.

Denied service to a veteran with a service dog. Completely discriminates against ppl with disabilities and were asked to sit away from other guests at first then when the discrimination continued we chose to leave. Ernest was the manager and refused to give his last name when asked... The unprofessionalism of the entire staff was appalling....

Nice but incompetent server. Not entirely her fault though since shes only been there 2 weeks but the only server on duty at 7 am. Got carafes of cold coffee, twice, followed by a hot carafe of hot but old decaf from the manager. 3 out of 4 orders arrived incomplete or wrong, 2 arrived cold, and the French toast was not fully cooked.

Was about to go inside, sitting in vehicle waiting for my family when a waitress came outside and began playing with a puppy that someone let out of a car. She wiped her hands on her apron and touched her hair. Afterwards, she returned inside the restaurant. Disgusted, I left for someplace else to eat. This happened this evening.

Restrooms were closed also ordered omelet with no mushrooms and onions and it had both in it. Manager comes to table to insist that his cook didnt put any onions or mushrooms in it but we show him the napkin on table with onions and mushrooms on it. Should have seen the dumb founded look on his face! Over all poor service

Food is well prepared and good some servers are nice and try to get your order right dont expect to make a call in order because the will not answer the phone or know were it is be prepared for at least 15 to 25 min wait time even on takeout orders any better id give a better rating

Ive tried calling them for the last 6 hours phone must be off the line my food was horrible last night I was throwing up when I got home because it was half done the eggs were the worst I asked for cheese eggs look like the server threw cheese on it . It wasnt melted and looked old

The servers were sitting Down at tables with friends while on the clock and others were yelling about clocking out! Food took forever, and it took 15 just to get a drink order! Food was on tables from the time I got there til the time I left and tables were not clean!

Not terrible, but not excellent. Service is usually a little slow. Coffee is decent, but because of the service you may not get more than one cup by the time your done eating. Food is OK. Ive had some good crepes in the past and pancakes are always good.

The smell is AWEFUL. Soon as you walk in the door, it smells like a toilet full of urine. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. The floor is very nasty and has food and paper everywhere. Drove an hour for disappointment.

The staff is very childish and inconsitered. I tried to place an Togo order and was disconnected by the server. Once trying to replace my order the staff did not answer the telephone even thirty mins after problem had occurred.

I had the worst experience at this IHOP. The service was very poor. The drinks took forever to arrive not to mention the food. My food was cold and my pancakes were under cooked. I will never return to this establishment again.

The service and staff were great and the food was delicious!!! The 3 Stars is a result of the cleanliness of this location (Clinton)... Needs major improvement... We left with a full belly and a smile at the end of it though!

Unkept facility. Dirty tables from top to legs on floor. Flies present thru out. Window very nasty from entrance to setting. In prep area floors very nasty also. To top it. Menus were just as nasty with syrup and food

Just fast food breakfast, nothing special and expensive. We paid $26 (not including tips) for 2 small breakfasts and a coffee. It was ok, but man, you can have much better breakfast in Germany for less. Disappointing...

This restaurant doesnt even meet a one star criteria. Most disgusting public restaurant Ive ever been in. Service was terrible. I felt like I couldnt even touch the table for lack of cleanliness.
