extremely inefficient. the line is a nice touch, folks in the area have no concept of one and the store does its best to enforce it. the problem i have is being stuck on it for nearly 20 minutes. there are over 7 workers manning the counters. what the heck takes so long? once it is your turn, you have to shout your order through a plexi glass window what vegetables you want in your salad or spreads on your bagel. all this is done while avoiding the countless baby cariages that are littered around the counter by absent minded mothers whom are gabbing to their friends. there are some incredibly annoying times where an entire school will take over the place. there will be no place to sit and u will be asked to move.

I love that they offer non-dairy soft serve! In the summer I got one that was non-dairy and sugar free, and it was amazing, but they didnt have it today. I hope they get it again because I cant digest either of those. My only complaint is that the staff dont always seem to know whats in the products. An ingredient list would be great (cant find one on the website). The space is large and they offer so much variety in ice creams, plus salads, smoothies, and cakes. Theres lots of seating, including a bench shaped like a cow. Definitely recommend!

I am astonished that there is such an excellent ice cream parlor in such vicinity of borough park area and I never knew about it. Extravagantly spacious for being an ice cream shop with huge sitting accommodation and catchy inside decor. Enough potential to make you an instant fan of Kosher ice creams & sorbets. So many delicious flavors to choose from with fantastic price tags will make every penny worth spending.

This store is absolutely amazing. But beware, it is awful during high volume times. If the store is full, leave. Unless you want to wait in line for 20 minutes and be overwhelmed by the hectic crowd and high pitch talking. Now if its quiet, the place is a food lovers escape. Lastly, the ice cream is priced well, however the salads, although generous in portion size, are quite pricey. Go anyways.

So much different taste icecream. You can eat suger free dairy free healthy food. You can make own salad plate. You can choose from so many different ready to take cake and icecream buckets. You can choose also from this cake diet and diary free. The taste is the best on the Word. Very high quality from everything and the price is so cheap for the quality. Amazing.

Fantastic spot to grab a bite! They serve everything from ice cream and milkshakes, freshly juiced fruit juices, and bagels to pizza, salad, soups and even birthday cakes! And everything is delicious. Personally I get bagels, pizza or a build your own salad with their honey balsamic dressing. Definitely recommend coming here. Pricing is good too.

Good food. I had their cheese cake. It was awesome. Service is a bit slow and unorganized. I waited 5 minutes as the first one on the line. When I was finally served, it took them long. The server was busy with the other workers while serving me.

Looks amazing from outside. They have long panel with many ice cream choices, but then you realize that they just repeated and there is pretty poor selection. Quality is mediocre but not pricy at all. Most customers - Jewish families.
