The quality of food has definitely diminished!!! The staff for the most part were nice and friendly with the MAIN exception of Yvonne!! First she comes into work making statements that were rude.she made a comment to another employee that was finishing his shift. "I told you to give me 10 fing minutes"then she made the comment.."I know within the next hour we are going to be hit, its already snowing in Delaware and people are lazy and dont want to cook. Yeah I said it." When my order was done she proceeded to hand me my pizzas and crazy bread which I dont know how long it had been sitting in that warming box because it definitely tasted old. I ordered 3 pizzas and two crazy breads. When I asked where my third pizza was? This ignorant Yvonne said I didnt order three the receipt says two plus two ICB. I said no I ordered three. Instead of her just giving me the third pizza she proceeds to argue with me, telling me I need Jesus being nasty and unbelievably ignorant and disrespectful. When Scottie came out to help she again proceeds to tell him, "she only ordered 2 pizzas and two ICB and this is why I tell you not to let people leave their shift until their orders are taken care of" As I attempted to explain to Scottie the situation she butts in and says the receipt says two, I told her to mind her business I was no longer talking to her. She became belligerent again!!!! "Im a grown woman dont talk to me like Im a child! I asked her for her name because I was going to report her. I told her now I see why the website had such bad reviews. She told me her name is "Yvonne and go ahead report me and Ill still be here." The store was full of customers while all this was transpiring. Over a pepperoni pizza!!! I explained to Scottie I ordered a veggie pizza, pizza with black olives extra cheese and a pepperoni pizza and two ICB. I had the veggie and black olive but no pepperoni, which Yvonne also saw. Plus saw it on the receipts and she still argued the fact! Only gave it two stars because Scottie and earlier staff were pleasant if not I would of given 0 if that was even possible.

We tried giving this place another chance after a year of being on our black list. The place hasnt changed. Nothing is ever hot and ready during the hours it is promoted. You wait double the time you would at a regular pizzeria for a lower quality product. The staff is completely aloof and can not perform basic customer service skills. If you are willing to wait an hour for a five dollar pizza in the worst part of town then this is the place for you. If not may I suggest avoiding this place like the plague and trying Mannys or even Dominos.

Horrible !! , they say hot and ready when they really mean hot while you wait walk in there a couple weeks ago called in a order and still wasnt ready then completely screwed it up and got mad because they had to remake it and then still screwed it up but thats what happens when you have Ghetto Kids running a public take out !! Will never go back there again completely horrible service terrible food no wonder its so cheap

If I could give 0 stars that would be what they get! Called and order 5 pizzas to be picked up at 530 and they said they would have them ready. Show up at 525 and they are closed!! Unbelievable and totally unacceptable! They could have at least had some common courtesy and just told me when I called that they would not be open, I would have come earlier!

The area is the biggest turn-off for this place. Often times there are people in this area coming up to you car asking for money. Visited again... Called first, ordered a pepperoni deep dish to a avoid the 20 minute wait. Arrive 20 minutes later to hear, "you ordered a deep dish?"

Very bad service, I pre-ordered my food (because I know how they are) & she told me 15 minutes. I wait 15 minutes, I get there & she tells me I have to wait another 15 min because they have NO pizza made. DISGUSTING

Pizza here is perfect for a fairly quick and inexpensive dinner on the go.I will say the pizza could definitely use a little seasoning and its definitely not very good once it isnt warm anymore.

Attempted to call ahead multiple times for Deep Dish and Wings. The phone went to answering machine after 2 rings. Upon arrival there were no customers and the cashier was on her cell phone.

Taste like the frozen pizza you would get from the supermarket. While I was there with my children the manger was using the "F" word very loadly. Very cheap though.
