Buyers beware! Buy one get one items in this store are not like Bi-Lo, Publix, Kroger, IGA, or any other grocery store I have ever shopped at in my lifetime, you actually HAVE to buy two, they are not rang up half off which is not so kind if you dont have a family. The store layout here was very strange as well, I spent a lot of time walking back and forth looking for things that should have been next to other things. (can fruit on one side of the store and 4 packs individually wrapped are on the other.) The bakery, pasta, juice, soda, frozen, baking goods and flowers were on one side of the store, and the cereal alcohol, baby food and refrigerated good were on the other side. In the middle was chemicals, pharmacy and paper sections. Im not from here, but this was probably my worst shopping experience yet. Leaving a total 1 because although the staff was very nice and polite, they were not trained on the store layout.

Check out is as bad as Walmart. Ran in on a quick lunch break. One cashier (I prefer not to use self check out) and a line full of full buggies to check out in front of me. Go to service desk and the "shift supervisor" walks away and I asked can you please check me out? She responds "he will when hes finished down there," As she points to the man struggling with a customer about a money order that did not make its destination. I watch and she goes over and bags a few groceries for the one check out girl and as soon as I put my few items on the service counter, she says "I can help the next person in line over here." What kind of "shift supervisor" is that? Last trip for me to Winn Dixie. Back to Publix where their service is awesome. Should have gone to Publix to begin with!

Besides the fact that they close ridiculously early, Mike at the liquor store is very mean and rude. He said "what" to my wife when she looked at him because he takes his sweet time letting long lines build, and seems to hate answering questions about products. In the supermarket, they see fit to close coin star hours early, and only do 100 for moneygram. Lastly the workers stare at you without a greeting, and overall its a run down place. You can tell by the types that go there. The prices are crazy for old food, and again unfriendly staff.. We dont need that kind of bad atmosphere so we go elsewhere.

Overall quick and easy place to shop. Staff seems pretty friendly and willing to help. Bathrooms are clean but interior of store looks dated. Some good deals and the cashier usually gives you the discount even if you do not have the discount card. The picture submitted by Winn-Dixie for the front of the store is not the same store. The picture shows a more modern looking store and does not reflect how this store looks.

I came in at 1:30 pm for 2 "Hot and Ready" pizzas. They didnt have any ready and said it would be 10 minutes. I said that since you have to make them, please go light on the sauce. They said they could not do that, because they cant deviate from the advertisement. Two more people came in after me and had to wait also. The other restaurant across town is MUCH better.

Always a good visit.....Lynn in Deli is really helpful.....no matter which department she is in.....smiles and laughter are a must for me.......and customer service desk has great people as well! When you shop at one place VERY frequently its nice to be acknowledged....

I normally love this store and am a regular customer. However, I have been waiting over 20 minutes in the seafood department just to pick up some.oysters that I called ahead for. Granted its busy, but shouldnt a manager or someone step in to help when its this bad???

Been shopping there for over 40 years !!! And they r the REAL BEEF PEOPLE. Always friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy is also excellent !!! I also shooed there when they were at the farmers furniture location and in Orlando. Never had a bad experience.
