This place is consistently mediocre. They typically are out of what you want including many ice cream flavors and hot fudge. They used to have a lot of good seating but they renovated the mini food court recently and cut back the amount of seating. Unfortunately there really arent many other local options for ice cream so Baskin-Robbins it is for now.

I understand how difficult it is to hire and keep qualified employees. This location always seems to have a problem with cleanliness and inventory. Store is open but everything is put away and the employees clearly dont want to serve any more customers. And they tell me the Hot Fudge dispenser is broken. Puh-lease!

If the stores hours say they are open till 10 pm, why is the ice cream put away before 9:30??? Lazy employees who dont want to serve. Poor management. Will not be going to this location anymore.
