Wavering between a 2.5 and 3 b/c I really like their chicken wings. However, terrible service, last time the lady just stared and smiled at me after i kept telling her she charged me knowingly for something i didnt want. Didnt take it off the list but was on the verge of telling ME off...most of the time their meat hasnt been properly cooked so i tend to pop everything into the oven before anyone eats if my family insists on buying from here. And I always have to make sure which pieces i get and ask explicitly for a VARIETY of pieces w their combo. I like Popeyes elsewhere. This location puts their fried chicken to shame.

I give it a 2.5, had decent food but the service was HORRIBLE.. The cashier was completely lost throughout the entire order and she hustled me. She charged me for a beverage I told her many times i didnt want but she was too lazy to void the order. She then offered "extra" fries but when I got home it had to be like 4 extra fries in there.. I ALSO DIDNT GET ANY NAPKINS OR EATING UTENSILS AND WASNT TOLD IF THERE WERE SOME PLACED SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE REGISTER.

If it were just one bad experience I would say anything but my last visit I had to comment. Drink tasted like soap. I dont think they fully rinsed the container before reusing it. My chicken was super super crisp (some might say burned) and every time I go there the lady tried to sneak an apple pie into my order to make me pay for it. There is another Popeyes near 196 on st nich. Ill be going there from now on. This place needs a new manager

Love it! The staff are always friendly. Sometimes its gets busy, but its because they dont have enough staff but they do their very best. Ppl need to learn to be patient, if not then leave. I commend them for they deal with a lot of rude ppl. They carry themselves well. It hits the spot all the time. Chicken is crispy and delicious. The staff is awesome!

The service was absolutely terrible.We had to wait 40 mins for our order and the people who worked there were extremely rude and negligent. After waiting all that time our order was missing items and the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. Save your money this location is terrible.

Of the 2 female servers, only one speaks English well enough to place your order correctly but is extremely nasty as hell. Popeyes chicken is good no matter which franchise you go, but if you want respectfull service go elsewhere. In service industry there is never an excuse for such behavior no matter what public you deal with.

Hate this Popeyes , I love Popeyes but this is the worst ever, this is the 3rd time I come home and something is missing that they have charged me for, not only that but u basically have to do their job for them, I have to tell them umm, the sauce please, the spoon, the ketchup etc. horrible!!

My Dominican cake was delicious and I couldnt have asked for a better engagement party cake. It was ready on time too, which was a concern I had after reading reviews. I would suggest, however, that the bakery use a computer for organizational purposes, rather than a notebook.

Food is good but they need to work on training their employees better. The guy taking my order had no idea what he was doing and didnt even know how to swipe a debt card. I then got all the way home and half of my food was missing and had to go back to address the issue.

Food was ok but the chicken wasnt cleaned right (gooey and slimy on certain parts) and do agree the service needs a step up. Service is waayyyy to slow, especially during lunch hour. They have enough staff to operate but choose to take their time.
