Like a lot of places in Riverdale, this place wouldnt still be in business without the hoards of little old ladies that frequent it. As a result, the food caters to the AARP crowd. Its pretty bland and unexciting, as well as a little overpriced. But when you need some quick takeout, its fine.

This place is highly overpriced for the quality of food. I got a wrap, and it was definitely not worth it. I have no problem paying the prices if the food was good, but it is mediocre at best. Go elsewhere.

We like the Kappock Cafe as a reliable takeout place. We usually order a chicken (Balsamic chicken) and veal or fish dish. It is usually sufficient for three meals.

This place is so hit or miss as to whether you get a good plate of food or not. Service is spotty. theres a reason they are usually empty most of the time.
