I would love to just shout out Ms.Shelly, who works in the bakery. Thank you for providing me with a beautiful babyshower cake. You allowed me to share my vision of how I envisioned my cake...not only was it beautiful but it was soooooo good! I also would like to give praise to Janice in the deli. She was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. Thank you both, Shelly and Janice, for your stellar customer service! My only issue was with the cashier who rang up our things during checkout. He insisted on overcharging me for the catered food we had purchased from Deli. We bought 3 different trays, one of which were the large sandwich tray, that wasnt able to hold all the sandwiches just on that one particular tray so the deli put the remainder on a second. After trying to explain to him both trays were together (one cost) he would not listen and continued to try and charge me for an additional large tray for a total of TWO. I continuously asked if we needed to get someone from the deli or if he wanted to view the actual copy of the invoice that was given with a list and price of every item that was included in our catering purchase...unfortunately he still didnt want to listen. Not to mention he kept looking in my cart as if I was going to steal something. My family and I spent well over $300 to have such an unpleasant check out experience. Not sure what the cashiers issue was but I didnt appreciate it.

Ive shipped at this Publix several years. Usually decent service today however was a bit different. Associates are courteous and friendly however whats needed is a sense of urgency when required. I stopped by Publix today on my way home from work which Im sure everyone loves making that grocery store pitstop after a long days work (sarcasm) I get home and the salmon i purchased from the seafood dept was spoiled. I returned it to the store and although apologies were offered no one felt the need to inform the seafood dept to remove any other fish that may have been spoiled even after my suggestion. I wouldnt want anyone to experience that. As an employee they shouldnt either. I should also mention the assistant store manager was standing next to the young lady assisting me and he never said a word. It was an opportunity missed to train her. I do plan to remain a customer at this location but there is definitely room for improvement and additional training.

The deli dept here is a joke. This is the second time Ive had an issue. Apparently there is only one person here that makes salads. I ask for Greek salads when they dont have any on the shelf. 1st time, she was about to get off work and didnt want to make one. 2nd time (today) she was too busy. Really? I have 3 Publix stores within 3 miles of my house. Any one I go to will make me anything I ask for right on the spot. This particular one just happens to be close to my job. Why is there no one else trained to put lettuce & toppings in a bowl?? Smh. I wont even begin to explain the guy that made a sandwich for me, this review is already long enough. To sum it up... More training please!

I love Publix so I am only commenting on this location. The rules for rain checks, BOGO, and sometimes couponing are ridiculous. You can bet your last dollar that the BOGO items will be out of stock 1-2 days before the sale ends. When I request a rain check, I have to give specific flavors Im interested in when theyre out of all of them and its various flavors to choose from that I dont recall at the moment. Ive shopped at other Publix stores in the Cobb county area and never had the experiences Ive had since I moved near this one. Pleasing the customer is definitely not always the case at this location. I actually have better luck at Kroger when it comes to service!

Thank god Fatima is back. Last month has been a mess at the deli. I waited 2 times over 15 min to get salami and cheese. Not sure if publix is understaffed or the employees just dont care. Yesterday I saw Fatima who is my usuall girl at deli and i was happy. She is super polate, fast and clean. Also- to be fair, i was twice served by Zack in last couple of months and he is also a star. Super nice very polite , quick and clean. Those two are your best.dont loose them. The rest of the store is generally really good and clean.

Every single time they are out of stock of the most basic items (as in multiple items each visit). We just moved to this area and Ive always preferred Publix, so very disappointing to have to shop at Kroger. To add salt to the wound, the layout is awful. Registers on top of aisles (at least the few amount they have) so its impossible to navigate with more than 10 people in the store. Overall just terrible execution, but Im sure some of it is out of the employees control.

They have a decent selection and are a better option than the Kroger across the street for speediness and customer service, however Publix is one of those stores that are proud of their experience and reflect it with their prices. Everything is overpriced, and there is no real reason to come here in my opinion. Nothing is exceptionally better compared to the other stores around, just more expensive. You are paying for the experience here.

Women at the deli doesnt speak great English and got mad at me for telling her no I wanted something else. Anyways she messed up my order and I still bought even though I should have trashed it. Horrible experience and have had it with this horrible service. Also they know they are busy at this time and didnt have many registers open. Do not recommend going to this store.

Service was great but the layout of this publix is horrible. I am from out of town so while searching for most things I had to ask for help because it wasnt on the aisle list. For example pasta and frozen breads. I spent 30 mins on usually a 5 min. trip. The lines were long and staff were short as well. I love publix but this one needs improvement.

I LOVE this publix! everyone is so nice and friendly to me the moment i walk in! i always buy my produce here because they are always fresh and nicely display! there are also two guys that worked there named robert and peter who are the nicest people in the world! they always help me find things and brighten up my day! I LOVE SHOPPING HERE.

I usually love shopping here, but right now the paint fumes from the renovations they are doing are horrible. As soon as you walk in the smell hits you in the face. I am also 10 wks. pregnant, so smelling those fumes are not safe for me. There is no ventilation to get the strong odor out, so I have started shopping elsewhere.

Great staff, friendly atmosphere, and quick lines compared to other grocery stores. The deli is especially delicious and they are quite fast in terms of waiting. And the quality of the deli is bar none when it comes to sub sandwiches, hint:add extra mayonnaise at the deli, the mayo is hand made and delicious.
