If it were possible to give 0 out of 5 stars I would. I worked here and Im telling you as a customer and ex employee a toddler could make better food. The only person who cared about their job and the quality of the food they made was the bread baker in the back. The owners are barely over 25 and have no idea how to run a business, let alone manage people. Because I worked in sales I was used to being fast paced, I have mild OCD, severe depression, and extremely bad social anxiety, all of which I disclosed with the owners. Because I washed my hands multiple times a day, switched my gloves every time I touched any food or pastry, and because I would put lotion on (probably excessively), an "ex" methamphetamine addict and coworker who got hired the same time I did complained to the owners that she suspected me to be on drugs, I was working 20 hours a day, they loved me, said I had great work ethic until one complaint from a tweaker in her 40s changed everything. Obviously the owner, who goes by "E" didnt know what the hell to do because instead of confronting me in private like a normal employer, she took each of my coworkers into her office telling them not to tell me that she had spoken to them and asked if they noticed anything "weird" about me or if I seemed like I was high, all of a sudden I was working two hour shifts if I was lucky and getting cold shoulders from all my coworkers, then the owner got her 18 year old "shift lead" to talk to me like we were buddies all of a sudden, trying to get me to admit something, asking things like "so, if corporate came down would you be cool to drug test, do you party, we should smoke sometime" etc. FOR ALMOST A WEEK I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON, then E finally came to me and said "Im not going to name names, but someone who works here said youre on drugs. She used to be on then so she would have a pretty good idea" I then OFFERED TO TAKE A DRUG TEST. To which she replied she would not think that necessary. They also pay their employees garbage, hired me as a night manager at $13, which is what was listed online, when I got my paycheck it was $8 and I was a cashier. I ended up quitting and they accidentally put me in a group chat making fun of me literally seconds after I text that I quit. They only hire and pay their family members really well, and although they seemed nice at first put me through the worst emotional hell Ive ever gone through at a job. I also would like to say my dad died from a drug OD when I was 12, I tried explaining to them why it was extremely painful to be accused of being a drug addict when Im not but also because of my dad. I got no apology. No empathy. No benefit of the doubt. F YOU, KNEADERS! YOU SHOULD SELL THE PLACE TO SOMEONE WHO HAS TIME TO PROPERLY RUN A BUSINESS WITHOUT NEPOTISM, LOW WAGES, CRAPPY WORK CONDITIONS, AND ZERO SKILLS IN THE CULINARY DEPARTMENT! I should have read the reviews before I applied. 3 stars is wayyy too many. Boooooo! They also have their friends, family, and people they pay write good reviews. The guy who post a ton of pictures pulled those off of Google. Its not even the same restaurant in half the photos. WORST BUSINESS AND BUSINESS OWNERS IN WEST VALLEY.

Love the brand, the desserts are excellent. But the staff at this location was unhelpful, and rude. I tried to get my favorite sandwich on a croissant, and was told by the manager that they could not accomidate me (hard breads hurt my teeth) even though I was willing to pay the extra cost on the sandwich. Also I should mention that the "buy 5 get one free" means that they actually give you a 40c discount on all 6 which comes out to 19c shy of an actual free dessert...all in all I would say that I wont be returning to this location, when other locations have staff and management more oriented towards pleasing the customer, rather than dollars and cents.

After waiting over 25min for our food. (With hardly anyone in the store) when our order finally came it was incorrect. They had run out of the bread choice for my sandwich and instead of coming to ask me he just guessed what I would like. After that the had forgotten my cup of soup and my sons grapes for his meal. Usually not a big deal but when I went up to the counter they acted as if I wasnt even there. I love kneaders any other location is a wonderful experience bit here not so much. Such a shame

Two months ago, I gave a 5 star rating. Ive come about 6 times since. They started portioning their salads, as well as meats on their sandwiches but keeping the same high price. Today they forgot my nuts and raspberries, as well as ask us if we wanted bread or croutons with our salad. Guess what? They forgot the bread too. Not sure whats going on with Kneaders but Im not impressed or satisfied with the service lately. Their tables are always dirty as well. Changing to one star.

Impressed doesnt even touch the surface. Management took care of my issue above and beyond! Manager named E was overly gracious even though it wasnt her issue. I love this location and have been coming here for a long time and will absolutely continue doing so. Staff is friendly. Location is spotless. Food is ALWAYS delicious as ever. Never disappointed. Thank you! Hard to find great customer service like that these days!!!

All of the food at Kneaders is delicious! Years ago, my roommate and I had a couple of bad customer service experiences with getting our orders messed up. He wont go back, but I still returned. On one trip I spoke with the owner, Ezra, about what happened. He apologized and corrected the error, and to this day uses our example to teach his staff the power of good customer service. I havent had a bad experience since!

I dont understand why it takes so long to make a croissant chicken salad sandwich. They took forever taking my order in the first place because they were helping the couple in front of me get food out of the display case and I didnt get helped until another server noticed how long they were taking. Once I placed my order, I was sitting for about 20 minutes waiting for my food alone when I ordered to go.
