An almost complete disappointment, what a horrible service, the worst by far that I have experienced in a restaurant. I dont recommend this place at all unless you dont mind being mistreated in exchange of an ok meal. And even then, Im sure there are better places for that. We were very excited to try this place, unfortunately we went in 45 minutes before their closing time (11pm) and we were informed by the waitress right away, in not the most friendly manner, that the kitchen was about to close (apparently they close their kitchen half an hour before closing --wait is this a restaurant bar? ) so that we would hurry and order, okaaayy, not the best start I guess but whatever. So we hurried and order some BBQ pork and ribs with rice which was tasty, but before we could really enjoy it, we continued to be rushed by the waitress with everything else throughout our stay --got somewhere else to be right now? We let it slide in an attempt to enjoy our food until it all culminated with the waitress pretty much demanding that I pay before they close the register, and then she said that after that we could stay until whenever --yeah...not really feeling it now. She was so rude that I finally had to stop eating so that I could let her have it. The owners (didnt find that out until later) were in the kitchen while this happened and didnt even have the courtesy to come apologize or even say something when they were clearly hearing this. It wasnt until a couple of minutes later after the waitress left us alone that I decided to ask for the manager and the owner introduced himself. I explained my dissatisfaction with him and he was sort of apologetic and offer a DISCOUNT but it was then that I discovered that the problem wasnt just the waitress but their whole business model I guess. I typically give places that Im not fully satisfied with a second chance, but I honestly doubt I will try this place again.

Hands down the best wonton noodle soup I have ever had in Utah. And let me tell you, Ive had my share of wonton noodle soup from around the world. This is the most authentic Chinese wonton noodle soup you can get! Here at least... I like to get the wonton noodle soup with bbq pork or or bbq duck (the duck is greasy and has little boney bits. You either love it or you hate it) That aside, the service is Chinese service which is a very distinct from American service. Meaning that they wont necessarily wait on you hand and foot, deliver you water and swing by your table after your food has been delivered to ask how it is. By American standards, its poor service. By Asian standards, its very typical. If you want something, flag down a waiter (raise your hand like you would in a classroom and say excuse me. Dont try and catch their attention with coy glances and half gestures. It wont work. ) and theyll be right over.

Just went here and I must say I am disappointed. REALLY! I would get the same lunch portion and get different taste. I dont know what cooks they have but they must really not be real cooks. When I would order my lunch usual, I sometimes get something different. I am wondering why they cant thoroughly check their to go orders? Why do they even work there? My Mongolian beef, not my usual, lunch today really s***ks. I got more white rice than usual. The beef was half a***d sliced, and more veggies than usual. Im all for veggies, but usually the other restaurants I go to give equal amounts. This place was not even busy at all. Only two tables were occupied. TWO. Its like they cant handle more on a FRIDAY????? I wish I can get a refund. But I will let them have the money so they can buy themselves a talent to cook REAL Chinese food.

Never went there!!! Unless you want to be insulted!!! The food was OK, but the service was terrible!!! I went there three times and every time I can hear the boss yelled super loud at the front desk. I did not get it why he was yelling. Finally, I figured why he yelled because he thought the waiters were doing something not in his way. Also, I think he was swearing within some insulting words to the waiters because my friends can understand some words. After that time, I never went to there because thats obvious bad service. I am afraid that rude boss/front chef will put something bad in the food if I do something not his way because he insulted the waiters. I am also afraid if one day I eating the food there, the boss will come and insult me.

Great food! Authentic, just like we used to eat in the City (San Francisco) when I was growing up. Only differences are 1) you dont have to sidle through the kitchen and up the stairs to get to the formica-topped tables in the dining room; and 2) the staff isnt wrapping wontons at one of the back tables. Absolutely the best Chinese food here -- and it would give a lot of restaurants in SF a tough run for their money.

The service was not very good, the stewed beef had an okay flavor for what little beef was actually on my plate, it was mainly fat. The roasted duck was not very flavorful and mostly bone. The rice was a let down and soy sauce was not provided. Overall I will give two stars because the food was fast and the decent tasting beef.

I eat here twice a week. Its always busy, especially on Sundays. The duck and pork belly are outrageous good. Ive enjoyed the seafood Udon, the clay pot selections, the dumpling soup. The white girls complaining about this place in the previous reviews should stick to Panda Express.

This place has really gone downhill in the past year. They changed the menu and really dont have any authentic dishes anymore. If the food is bad usually a place could make up for it with good service, but that isnt the case here. I wont be going back anymore.
