First, there were no clean trays, so we had to manage our food awkwardly. Second, we had a discount card that gave us 50% off a second entree meals if we purchased one meal plus beverages. When we presented it to the cashier, she acted like we handed her a snake. My wife even printed out the discount text and handed it to her, but the cashier, having never heard of the discount company, had no idea what to do. She asked the manager, and the manager refused to do anything, telling the cashier to "call corporate". The cashier did try to contact someone in corporate, but was unable to reach anyone. Eventually (after 15 minutes or more), she gave up and gave us 20% off our meal, but only to get rid of us. She was certainly more help than the manager, however, who did absolutely nothing to help us.
I have eaten her about 5 times now, and the first time back in October was great, but since then the service has gone down. All of the food is cooked wayyy too long. The wontons, the orange chicken, always has a burnt taste to it. I have been really upset with the mushroom chicken, there is almost no mushrooms or zucchini in it to even call it mushroom chicken. I love chow mien here, but almost every time now its more vegetables than it is noodles, which is slightly the point of the dish. I keep trying to give them a chance, but they are really down hill. Their service is just not there. It makes me sad, because they sure dont meet Panda Expresss known reputation. I dont think I will be returning any time soon.
Its a typical Panda Express. Know going in its drive thru Asian fusion. But when that is what you want it fits the bill. Twice now this location has had me waiting in the parking lot for mushroom chicken. I dont come here a lot so I dont know if its a constant problem but 2/2 is a pretty bad record. I order it b/c its the closest to healthy I can get. The first time they told me there would be a wait when I ordered which I appreciated b/c I could decide to change my order if I didnt want to wait. This time I paid the lady who took my card said nothing then the asked if I wanted to wait. If I had somewhere to be Id be more mad.
We typically love Panda! But today we went in to grab lunch, over $50 worth of food, and were totally ignored. Brenda wiped the counter around me, and continued on her way, no "sorry someone will be right there to help you" nothing. The two cooks continued to tell me that Brenda would be right there to help me and we ended up leaving because we were continually ignored. When I called them a few minutes after leaving I was told the Manager was on vacation and wouldnt be back for a week or so. I talked to Brenda and she was "on her break" while she was wiping the counters around me. Totally disappointed about our visit today.
Just got off the phone with Katie after trying to reconcile a messed up order that I just picked up. I threw my receipt away and they said I couldnt get the food corrected even though I had the untouched wrong order as proof. Definitely not a good standard. Note: ordered veggie spring roles for my wife and they gave me chicken egg roles. They gave us two of the chicken egg roles, which isnt even a panda thing - that should be clear enough to them that there was a mistake on their end. I will have my wife write a review as well - thats the expense of bad service!
Seriously a joke. I love panda, but their doors were still locked at 10:30. So when I went to go in and it was locked all the workers just looked at me. So when nobody came to unlock it u went through the drive through and believe it or not it stated they were closed. So I waited 5 more minutes and they finally opened the door... 10:40... Im in a hurry on my way to work... So I wasnt happy... Rosalba... The cashier had such an attitude with me because I was expecting them to be open. When they were supposed to be.
Come between 4p.m. to 9p.m. and be ready to wait. Ive come here several times and its always slow service and theyvare always out of food. Line is big there is always 2-3 people before you can get your order. A hole bunch of young kids working. And I see no Latinos working here. If there was Im sure the service would quicker, bit instead they have young high school kids. Fast, Experienced people are needed to work here much needed in a popular fast place like this one.
This Panda Express location ALWAYS disappoints me. The food is always old, burnt tasting and gross and the service is never fast or friendly. I worked at a Panda Express when I was younger and we would have gotten in trouble if we ran our store the way this location is ran. I keep forgetting how bad it is and accidentally go back only to be swiftly reminded of how awful this place is. Too bad this store isnt held to the same standards as most other Panda Expresses.
I love panda express, but this place seem to have a lot of problems. The service is not great and and the food is over cook, I have bones and cartilage in my chicken teriyaki, they kill the food with to much sauce, the service takes too long, the worker seem to have a attitude problem when it comes to their mistakes. I will not return to this this panda express location. I hope they can better their selves soon, otherwise they will be out of business.
We tried to go there at about 9:15 tonight. They said they were closing soon so we could only order orange chicken and chow mein. I get a were there near closing which isnt ideal but whats the point in posting a closing time of 9:30 if youre turning people away at 9:15? Panda Express is usually a good company. Disappointed in this location, Ive also had the drive through take much longer than it should. 20+ minutes. Not a very customer oriented location.
Been to several other Panda Expresss. This place gave me the best service of any of them. Came in just after a rush and many dishes were depleted. Told them I was ordering a family feast. Without batting an eye Jinli, the server, said, "Yes sir! Im on it!" She cooked up two dishes that I wanted but were not out. And gave me a free drink for the slight delay. I go here now.
Food was fine, but the white rice wasnt ready. They said it would take 45 minutes, but wouldnt give me anything in exchange, other than another side. (I dont like the other sides) charged full price with no side. This was 40 minutes after they opened. You should have your food ready when you open. Or at very least start cooking it when you open. Incompetent ass face.
The staff are ALWAYS so friendly and make you feel welcome!! The food is ALWAYS fresh and looks so appetizing!! I LOVE this location, I travel in the total opposite direction to this one every time Im in the mood for some GOOD panda!! Haha and there is one not even 2 minutes away from my house lol!! I totally recommend this panda express!!
