Whoever is running this KFC in Riverton, Utah should be fired. On 3 occasions in the last month I ordered all white chicken meals. Each time there was not white meat but a wing. Charged me the price and then screwed me on what I was served. Today is 5/9/2017 and about 6:00 in the evening I went to the drive up window of this branch. It took approx. 20 minutes for me to get moved up to the speaker to order. More cars lining up at the drive up and we waited and waited and waited. I would of left but there was no way with so many other vehicles behind me we were just stuck. When it was our turn to pick up the order at the drive up window there was no one in front and we wondered why we had to wait for 20 minutes just to order. The girl at the window was a total snot when I asked why the long wait. She said quote: "We are only taking one order at a time so they could make sure the correct items were given". I said this is a joke correct she said No. In the meantime I can NOT stress enough that this branch was taking only 1 order and would not take any other orders until that order was filled. This is per KFC. DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC. They are absolutely terrible and the last pieces of chicken tasted like a piece of rubber. When I asked the girl if she could give me the name of the manager and she said NO.
This KFC never has what I order. I am always concerned I will run out of fuel sitting in the drive thru. They would be smart to install a gas pump! Anyway, my husband went there to get us dinner tonight. After the drive thru employee ran his credit card, she told him he could not have his order of 6 legs and 2 breasts because this type of order had to be called in as per KFC policy - ??? He changed his order to 2 breasts and 2 chili dogs. 20 minutes later, he got his order all the while watching buckets of chicken go out the drive thru window. My husband came home with the food which we didnt eat because it appeared as if portions of it had been spit on. We called and complained to the manager, but nothing will change there. It never does. Next complaint is to the Health Department.
Drive thru experience was disappointing to say the least. Ordered three chicken tenders, and got what might have been the equivalent in a few smaller, harder pieces. Burger was cold, and the fries we waited forever for were soggy. The employee at the window forgot the drink we ordered, and it took a while of loud calling through the open window to get anyones attention. Even then, they gave us the wrong drinks, and the soda was mostly watery and flat! From what we could see from the window, the back of house was kind of grimey and unkempt. I would suspect this location as a whole is poorly mismanaged. Sad, because its the closest KFC to us, and Id rather go farther to get better, or just make my own all together!
Ive been to this KFC location enough times to finally leave a review. The service is slow but it is expected at a fried chicken restaurant. If you want fresh food, you have to wait. That is the way it works. Although the counter/cashier is usually a young adult, they provide their personal best service that they can and if mistakes are made, they overcompensate for it--literally. Ive been impressed time after time how hard they work to make up for any errors. The food is great! The building is aging and I wish they paid more attention to it but I am there for the food and dont blame the owner for the minimal upkeep. Four stars from me and I will continue to send people their way.
I would give them no stars if I could, my husband drove from eagle mountain to go get dinner for us and our kids last night when he came back he was very upset, they had no chicken so he had to wait for it, plus he had to wait for the kind of chicken we didnt want, then we found out after he got home we received the wrong sides so we ended up throwing them away cause none would eat it, he asked for a extra side of potato wedges and never got them, the biscuits were over cooked, and there was no way we were driving back to get it fixed, he ended up waiting 15 min for a very crappy meal, never again, I have never had these problems at another kfc, to not go to this location!!
Ive been to this location multiple times and If I could give this place no stars I would. I swear its like the people who work here are mentally challenged or something, you have to repeat everything you say at least 5 times in order for them to understand what youre saying and when the fact that youre ordering something finally registers with them they are always out of what youre ordering. Dont waste your time at this sad excuse for a fast food restraunt and go somewhere worth spending money at. Im honestly surprised that it is still in buissness due to the horrible service.
One star is too many. Extremely upset about this locations food and staff. We got home with the food after waiting 20 minutes+ in the drive through while watching the workers screw around and had to ask for other things multiple times because they would not listen. My boyfriends biscuits were hard as a rock, the chicken was so hard and crunchy, could tell it had been sitting around all day and my famous bowl was completely cold. Did not get cookies with our meals either. want our money back.
This is simply THE most disgusting KFC ever!!!!! The cashier took our order and went to make our food without washing his hands AND adjusted his "care package" and continued to make our food! Stains everywhere, 1/3 of the staff was on their phones, the chef had pants way too big for him so he kept pulling them up and cooking (his clothes were filthy) needless to say after 7 minutes of being in agony as we witnessed with disgust we cancelled our order and left. Its a scab of a location!
One star is too many after reading all these reviews last nights experience does not shock me at all I watched an employee scoop mashed potatoes with a Styrofoam bowl and then lick his hands touch the food again and then scoop more he licked his hands twice and rang up customers in between when I asked for a refund nobody could give me a refund told me I had to come back another day and argued with me on what I saw if you want good service dont go here.
4 cars ahead of me and 2 cars the lot and it took over 20 minutes to order, when I tried to thank them for being there on the holiday the gal didnt listen just made excuses for the wait (being understaffed while 3 people were walking around behind her).... the wait sucked but having your attempt of being nice, despite the wait, ignored -that was the end for me... Ill go to draper or south jordan if I need kfc in the future. [BTW food was fine]
