5/14/17 update ⭐⭐⭐ My daughters and I came today for our Mothers Day lunch. A few issues with special orders not being done correctly, but everything got fixed and we had an enjoyable experience. Our server, CHAD, was awesome! He made sure we got everything sorted out and never lost his smile. Without his good humor and great attitude we might have decided to not ever come back to this location. 3/17/17⭐ Tonight was the worst experience we have had in 3 years if visiting this location. I understand that service is slower when the place is packed, but a table seated right after us was getting their food as we were finally placing our order. Then we waited another 10 minutes for drinks and even after talking to the manager it only got worse. We had asked for mayo and extra fry sauce when we placed our order... We got neither when our food was delivered. When we finally flagged our server down to get those items our soggy, undercooked fries were cold. We then had to flag him down to ask for more fries and to place a to go order. NO ONE ever came over to see if we needed anything or if everything was good., brought our ticket and never asked about dessert (even though we had admired a dessert at the table next to us while we were ordering). Over all a very disappointing experience. I hope owners or managers will reach out, but I doubt they will.

I used to LOVE Red Robin. My family of six used to go there at least twice a month. It was our restaurant of choice. We rarely went anywhere else. I dont know if its a change in management or what has gone wrong but its completely HORRIBLE! The last five times weve been weve had horrible service, our food is cold when we get it and sometimes its not even cooked all the way. Last time we went we finally complained and the manager apologized and gave us coupons for free meals to come back and give them another chance. Today we decided to take a chance and use our coupons. When we got there, they were not even busy but the wait was ten minutes. From the front waiting area, you could see multiple dirty, empty tables in the bar and dining areas. When the hostess took us to our table, it was dirty. Hadnt even been wiped off as there were condensation rings from drinks, fry sauce and crumbs. I mentioned to the hostess that the table hadnt been cleaned. She brushed a couple crumbs off the table and said "there you go." We decided we didnt even want to eat there for free and left. What a shame because this used to be a great place with consistently awesome service and yummy food. Ill be mailing my certificates to Red Robin with a letter. Its got to be pretty bad to pass up free food.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I waited for half an hour in the lobby to pick up a simple to go order. Not because my food wasnt ready, or they were busy, but because I couldnt get the girl at the front desk to stop chatting with the other waitresses. I asked her where do i need to go to pick up my order. She was clearly irritated with me for bugging her. (Sorry for asking you to do your job. Jeez.) Finally I got someone elses attention to come over and help obviously this guy didnt work in the pick up area, but at least he was kind enough to stop what he was doing to figure out what I was waiting for. I dont think I will ever come here again. With so many other choices around this area to eat. I can find somewhere else to do business. Thanks for nothing.

I really love Red Robin but this location seems to be very unique. They have done a great job with the interior and my favorite thing is how lit it is inside. I hate dark restaurants and it was so nice to see my meal for a change. In talking with my server and some management I found that this is the busiest Red Robin in the entire country. So generally they are slammed all the time but they work hard to get you through as fast as they can and ensure you have the best experience possible. Another thing that makes this a local hit is the fact there are sports on everywhere so if you are looking to catch the big game and hang out with friends or family then this is a great location for a fun night.

My brother-in-law treated me here tonight, which I believe to be my second time eating at a Red Robin franchise. Ordered the Burnin Love burger (which is pretty mild than what I am used to, but not a deal breaker) which arrived at our table without much delay. Staff was particularly friendly and was prompt to top off our drinks and fries, and the meal tasted great and the burgers are big enough that it should satisfy anyone with an appetite. Since this is a burger joint, the entree menu is limited to hamburgers but there is still plenty of varieties to choose from. Verdict: Overall a great experience. Recommended if youre craving burgers of a higher caliber than fast food.

If one wasnt the minimum I would give them less! Service was slower than the lines at the DMV. Portions were pathetic and they seem to have forgotten how to spice their food. Two hour wait for a burger that was cold and had very little taste. The well renouned fries were unseasoned and unimpresdive. I would not go here again even if I was paid to. Our appetizers took over an hour to arrive, and only came after we talked to the manager. And at the price of nearly one-hundren dollors for one if the most unimpresive meals i have ever had. I would tell anyone thinking if going that they should not waste the time or the money! Go to McDibalds instead, cheaper with better food!

The service was very nice and on a busy weekday night we didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes before we were seated. For appetizers we got their soft pretzel bites with beer cheese sauce and their pick two appetizer with fried mushrooms and cheesesticks. These were fantastic! The dipping sauces were very tasty and the serving size was actually a lot bigger than we thought they would be. We were actually kind of full by the time our meals showed up. I ended up getting the Chophouse burger and added bacon and bleu cheese. It was pretty good but I think youd be better off getting one of the burgers without the onion strings. Had a great meal!

We went to have dinner out, 7 of us, 7:45pm on a Monday evening. There was no one waiting in the lobby. The hostess said that she would have to check and see what the wait would be. She came back with 20-30 minutes wait. I asked if we could be seated somewhere else she said no, they had an area, but they didnt want to open it. As we left the restaurant to go somewhere more accommodating, we noticed the a seating area with about 10 tables, two of which were occupied, 8 which were not. Frustrated with the lack of respect shown by the hostess, the unaccommodating attitude and lack of service. Good food yes, horrible service...yup.
