Ill begin with atmosphere: The atmosphere was great. This Chipotle is in a modern industrial style. Surfaces looked clean and are well designed. Design matched through the restaurant and reached clear into the kitchens. The line flow was a little confusing, but nothing major. 4.5/5 Service: nothing to complain about. I visited half an hour before closing and everything was beginning to wind down. It took longer to prepare my single burrito than I would have liked, but the staff was likely tired by then. 2.5/5 And now the most important part, the food: the menu is structured similar to other Mexican style fast food locations. The burrito I ordered was nothing special, and only lukewarm. The tortilla was difficult to cut. The pork was good. The beans, rice, and sour cream were nearly cold. 2.5/5 In general this location looks excellent. I visited near closing and believe this may have impacted my experience. It seems like lines would flow faster with well-rested staff. It also seems like the food might be better cooked earlier in the day. In general, based on my experience though, 3/5

When you ask for two burritos, and one of them has extra stuff you didnt ask for (and specifically asked not to have on your burrito) and the other one is missing an ingredient that its on its name, you know youre not coming back. We have never really cared for Chipotle, but after a friend suggested it, we decided to give it a try, just to find ourselves driving all the way from home to return a Chicken Burrito without Chicken, but was clearly marked as such in our receipt. We never treat the staff badly, we always respect them and like always we did, we were more than nice, which only made it even more disappointingly when the cashiers didnt even bother to apologize for making us drive for half the food that we order, and didnt bother to look at us when talking to us, as he was more interested in what his coworkers had to say about their days, then the customer standing front of him.

We waited 30 minutes to order. They had a HUGE line. When we went up to order the guy didnt even put the cheese on the tortilla, which is their usual. Their hospitality was HORRIBLE. There were no managers or supervisors to speak with. They were out of Barbocoa Pork and didnt even announce it to the public. People were angry, upset frustrated. A third of people left. They were denying people at the door, claiming they were out of food, but allowing selective people to come in and order. They are very inefficient, have horrible hospitality, and are being downright rude to their customers by denying them service and claiming theyre closed TWO hours before they usually close. People DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I took a friend of mine out to dinner on 5-18-16. We visited your location at Fort Union . When we entered the store the staff was very nice and very busy. I asked for help in ordering because this was our first time eating there. The manager Jeremy jumped right in to help us out. He was absolutely fabulous. The food was excellent as was the service. Then when we got ready to pay for the order he said the first round was on him. I will go out of my way to eat at the Fort Union location again. Thank you to Jeremy and his staff. Debbie Hansen

Normally go to Sandy location but went here for the first time. I will always pick chipotle over cafe Rio or Costa Vida, but I will never go back to the cottonwood location. The employees were not very friendly and kept trying to put steak in my burrito when I asked for beef, insisting that steak is called beef and beef is called barbacoa. Meat was cold and gross and I ended up throwing it away to a bunch of seagulls...

We first went to Chipolte in Denver and loved it. Have loved going to Chipotle in Sandy. They are top rated. BUT, today we went to Chipolte in Cottonwood Heights. It was not up to par at all. The chips tasted old, the guacamole had peppers in it (yuck) and my chicken burrito did not taste good at all. The pico was loads of onions with a few tomatoes in it....I was really disappointed. Will not go there again.

This is a very good place for fresh Mexican entrees at a very reasonable price. They boast a simple menu with chicken, steak and even a tofu option that I will never get around to trying. The burrito and salad options are excellent with my only complaint being that the tortillas arent freshly made. The service is great and the employees are very friendly.

I went in to this location on 8/26/17. The music was way too loud, I could hardly understand the people who worked there, ( combination of music volume and employees accent). The woman cooking the tortillas was very rude to my wife. Two tips for you tortilla broad, learn English and if you hate your job, quit and find a better one!

I know that they are always in the news, but think about how much more difficult it is to regulate actual farmers and not mass producing farmers that are subsidized by corporate dollars. Good food that is raised the way it used to be. And their food is delicious so theres that. Hahaha. I love this place.

Love this place, and this location specifically. I go here a few times a week and everyone that works here is extremely friendly (even when it is busy). I honestly find myself passing other locations to go to this one. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is great.

Best customer service my wife and I have experienced at a fast food restaurant. They were so kind and obviously cared about us as their customers. Also, we tried their new vegan sofritas and it was way delicious! This restaurant at this location has found two regulars for sure!

I always feel like Chipotle is alright, but end up wishing I would have gone somewhere else. The food seems to be lacking in flavor, but the flavor it does have its pretty good. Having said that, the chips and guacamole are so good! I would consider coming in just for that.

It can get pretty busy here. If you ask for extra of everything they will give it to you, which is good because portions can be kind of small if you dont. The atmosphere is industrial just like every other Chipotle. Overall pretty good food, and friendly staff.

I ordered a steak salad. The portion was very, very small. The amount of lettuce in the bowl did not even cover the bottom. The meat was room temperature. There was hardly any seasoning. Service was poor. Food was over priced. Definitely will never come back.

Mostly rice, some beans, sprinkle of corn or lettuce or cheese and a hint of protein. Little selection of what there is for the "overpriced" price. Only went because of 2 for 1 special, and Ive spent less for better at local burito spots around the nation.

I just want to say I love this place. The best place ever! Fresh great tasting food and great service. I also love Chipolte Mexican Grill because they are so generous to the community and the schools! Thanks for all that you do! You are the best!

One thing many customers dont know is that when you order something at Chipotle you can pretty much specify how much of each ingredient you want. For example, I always ask for less rice and more beans in a burrito. Great customer service!
