Last time I was there I called ahead to ask them to make some grilled chicken. Cant eat the fried stuff and have had bad luck getting fresh grilled chicken in the past. Told me it would take 20 minutes and I could pick it up. 15-20 minutes later I show up to pick up my order. When I get there the young guy working the counter walks away from the counter back towards the bathroom saying hell be back in a couple minutes.. Huh? When he does get back 5 minutes later, I tell him I phoned in an order to have some fresh grilled chicken made, so he says hell have to talk to his manager about the order. No problem. He comes back and says it wasnt ever made and it will be 10-15 minutes until its done. 30 minutes later my chicken is done, but he forgets to give me the other half of the order and I have to remind him that the grilled wasnt the only thing we ordered. This took place on a Tuesday evening when there wasnt a ton of business. The only positive was the manager I phoned in to talk to was polite and receptive, but apparently doesnt expect that from her employees. On top of it all, the place needs a thorough cleaning. Looks like no ones kept the place up since the 90s. Lots of alternatives in the area; cant see myself going back ever again.

I went to KFC yesterday and I literally watched the two teens working the counter pick on each other as my wife ordered our food. Not playing under the radar but at the counter while multiple customers were in the store. They were smacking hats off each other. Having a conversation with each other rather than taking orders and rough housing around. Then my kids were completely ignored by them for easily 10 minutes. Even when my daughter asked for their attention she was ignored. Another customer had to come to the desk and yell at someone to get them to acknowledge my daughter when all she needed was a plate. It was despicable. They could be heard yelling to each other saying they werent going to make something because they didnt want to. I will never eat at this location again and I advise others to do the same. Until you have an adult in the stor that can hold your employees accountable and presentable you should shut your doors. Almost every table was disgusting, the floor had a spill on it, and instead of someone cleaning it up they put a wet floor caution sign on it. Truly truly the worst place Ive ever been to.

Disappointing. My husband and I went through the drive through late this evening. We were the only customers there, so we thought wed be fine. The girl taking our order was polite but needed us to give her the entire order twice (ok, so its hard to hear. We can be patient with that). However, when we got our order home (after an extra delay for one of our sides that we didnt mind waiting), we fond out our order was wrong. We were the only people there, we repeated the order twice, and still the order is wrong? I find that irritating. Also, the food was disappointing at best. The biscuit was dry, the chicken was dry, the seasoning was weird, and my order was wrong.

I decided to return to this location after a long time however ended up disappointment ones again. I did not receive my complete order, I had to drive back to the location to pick it up. I wasnt even offer an apology just "here you go" are you serious what kind of customer service is that? The worst thing is that it was by the franchisee owner himself(Josh which he claim he was) There has been a lot of complaints about this location and no one seems to care to do anything to resolve the issues it has this eventually looks bad on the KFC management and its restaurants chains causing them to loose customers and sales.

Well let me start off by saying I dont usually comment with good service just if there was a problem but im going to skip the norm and say, I love this KFC location the Staff on the Front counter< Andrew his name was really cared about me he asked me a lot of questions to make sure I got just what I wanted he was patient and understanding with my nephew and really made sure we had a good experience the lobby was slightly under par but they were really busy so I can look over this the service was exceptional I will visit this location again in the future

The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. She had us park because our food wasnt ready and we waited 12 min before I got out and went in and asked where our food was. It literally was just sitting there!!! After already being frustrated because of that, I open my food to find out that the lettuce is freaking brown and my mashed potatoes have gravy on them after I said 3 times that I just want butter. I am so pissed, that will be the last time I ever go there. That is not okay!!! PS: The only reason I gave one star is because I had too!!!

Would give negative stars if I could. So me and my family are going to get food through the deive through and we place our order and we pull up to the window where the employee jacop tells us there is a problem and he tells us they are out of biscuits which is one of my familys favorite thing so we tell him we will just head to popeyes and he starts arguing with my mom and he started being vary rude in the end we ended up pulling out and we hear the guy yell F*** You to my mom. We wont be coming here anytime soon.

Had a pretty big order, and they gave me a quoted time to pick it up. It was ready 50 minutes later. They also didnt put the mashed potatoes and mac-n-cheese in the serving tins, but they INDIVIDUALLY put them in the cups. This probably took the most time. Everyone else does it with the tins (which makes it more convenient as a company meal.) Also, they didnt have the forks, nor plates, that come with the order. They forgot it. So: #1 - Late #2 - Inconvenient #3 - Wrong. Ill go to the one in Orem from now on.

My order was missing three out of six items. I noticed two of them. Didnt notice the sixth (the cake! which I was really excited for!) until I got home, and were far enough away I didnt want to go back in. The did (eventually) make it right, after I reminded them twice (I do realize its just a cake, but I was grumpy and bugged on the principal of messing up half my order). So, like the other reviewers say- check and double check your order, this location seems to have problems getting it complete.

Wow this place makes some gnarly chicken! I got the 5 kentucky wings and they were so fried I couldnt tell what was meat and what was bone. Not only that my biscuit was DRENCHED in grease from the wings. SO NASTY! No offense to anyone, but when I go to this location the employees are looking incredibly nasty. The guy who took my order looks like he came into work after his other job at the mechanic. Jacket was all dirty and black. Man, how deep does this rabbit hole go? This place is bad news bears.
