Havent eaten at Outback in probably like 5+ years let alone this one here in Roswell. We decided to order take out which I assumed quality wise was gonna be a little bit bellow what you expect dinning In, and of course take out doesnt have any real presentation as well. So ordering expecting it to be alright or decent especially since people usually speak pretty good about Outback being good. When I got the order home it was pretty disappointing. Their signature blooming onions were very very over cooked, basically burnt. The coconut shrimp I had was also burnt on the outside but the shrimp was alright within it. The chicken breast I ordered was pretty average nothing special it looked like it was quickly made and thrown together. I would have forgiven the quality of the food if they were really busy but they were not busy at all. I was the only person getting take out I saw, and inside it seemed like a normal mid day set of people (like 40-50% full). Sucks cause I assumed it would be a decent 3/5 star meal at the worst, especially cause the person given me my order and paying was really nice. Safe to say I dont expect to go back to this Outback or if I go to any others ill make sure to Dine in from now on.

The service and quality of food is spotty. We come here weekly and have a few favorite menu items but they are lacking in consistancy. Last week we had a Dine rewards discount so we ordered steaks. The filet was good but over seasoned and the ribeye was so mushy that my husband didnt even finish it. The server never asked how our food was. Some weeks the broccoli is hardly cooked and other weeks it is softer. Tonight server is very attentive and so far food seems to be just right

I must give kudos to the manager and staff for the great service they provided and the accommodations they made for the error that was made when my sister called in the reservation....the attendant noted the reservation for the wrong night. Although we had a short delay in being seated, My nephews 15th Birthday celebration on Saturday 2/25/17, turned out wonderfully! Thank you for making the evening special not only for my nephew, but for our entire party of 18 ppl.

I was working a long shift tonight and came here to join my mom and friends for a big get together. The moment I sit down the waitress put down my plate of delicious ribs and fries. Even brought out an extra side of BBQ sauce just in case not that the ribs needed it. It was all very good as well as the Oreo chocolate parfait. Waitress was on top of everything tonight. Couldnt have asked for better service. I am a server myself so I know what it is like. Good job!

Great Food. Great Staff. Manager usually drops by just to make sure the whole family is enjoying their time. Busy on the weekends, but havent had to wait over 30 min to be started. Have been visiting this location with my family for years. There have only been a few times in which something was over cooked or had an ingredient on it wed asked to be removed, and they were able to fix the order promptly and professionally.

Improving. The place had fallen to a one-star as of last year only because I could not give it zero stars. But with the recent remodel and a change in management, I think it is improving. The meat is not the best quality. I believe that if they used better meat, I would rate them higher. Dine at your own risk, but it is improving and so much better than 2016.

Had a fantastic experience there last night .... first time trying it since being diagnosed with Celiac. Had great service and the gluten free blooming onion was EXCELLENT! They brought gluten free bread to the table as well... and I ended the night with the gluten free chocolate Thunder from Down Under brownie with icecream. I am now a huge fan! Thanks!!!!!

my wife and kids just left their and the food was Horrible. we ordered a appetizer of wings and celery. And the celery had a dead fly on it. my son ordered the Teriaky steak and he wanted it well done but it came to him bloody red.my wife ordered steak with shrimps and only got three shrimps.and the steak was dry and they did not offer any steak sauce.

Horrific! We said after our last visit to this Outback we would never go back. Someone gave us a gift card so we decided to try once more. Sealed the deal. 2 hours and 15 minutes to have a meal. Had to get our own silverware, had to ask for a lunch menu during lunch, rarely saw the server. Ordered the "endless" shrimp and only got 1 extra plate.

We ordered takeout and live only 15 minutes away. We get home to cold booming onion raw steak and a burger that was soft mushy cold and not even cooked. I called and they had to remake it so I had to drive back up there. The manager handled it great. Had the food remade and made up for me having to come back out.

Not really a big fan of Outback steaks. This place can be a hit-or-miss if you looking for a flavorful steak. If youre ordering curbside takeout make sure you check the order. I have had my order not fulfill properly on a few occasions. When Im dining inside I usually dont have a problem with customer service.

We went to this Outback Steakhouse because of their expanded gluten free menu, and it was great! We had the GF Bloomin Onion, fries, and Chocolate Thunder From Down Under, and it was all delicious and verifiably completely gluten free. Consider us return customers for sure!

This location has a decent clientele as well as a very decent level of service. Aside from that, it is the typical Outback with exception for the very oddball mens bathroom layout! Of the next closest locations, Dunwoody/Perimeter and Johns Creek, this one beats them all.

Just had a family dinner at the Crosville Rd location. The waiter was great. Food tasted fine but when we got home my family started complaining of stomach pains. Now all but one of us are feeling ill, including the kids. I suspect food poisoning. Not going back.

My wife and I went there last night and she ordered a steak medium well. When it came out it was burnt and extra well done, we sent it back and the next one they brought to her was raw and cold in the middle. We will never go back.

We eat at this Outback at least once per week. The gluten free burger is our favorite. We have rarely had any problems but if there is one, they make it right! Great place - friendly staff - and good food at a reasonable price.

They do a good job handling gluten free which is nice to see. This has become our go-to steakhouse. Better cuts than Longhorn, cheaper than anyplace else around, and the quality is always on par with anyplace nearby.

Curbside takeout was the fastest I have ever seen. Pulled in and right back out. Staff was very polite and the food was cooked to perfection! Thanks for a great meal!

Service good. Very nice waiter. But food has really gone downhill. More like a Dennys. Brown lettuce, tiny steak, shrimp on barbie cold and sad. Dessert was good.
