Ate here yesterday at lunchtime. Great service! Had a really nice waitress who definitely did her best to satisfy us. So, no complaints on the service at all. Nice ambience as well. Where I have a problem is that this place seems to advertise itself as "authentic" and Im not really sure if they mean authentic Italian or authentic New York Style - in different places in the restaurant there are references to both. It is NOT Italian by ANY stretch of the imagination...real pizza margherita is NOT what they serve. Plus, in no restaurant or pizzeria in Italy would you pay $11 for a piece of foccaccia, which is what they charged us. For that reason alone I will not go back. Foccaccia is like bread - you give it away at the beginning of a meal...or you sell it for 5 bucks, but you cant sell foccaccia for the same price as a pizza, because it doesnt contain any of the most expensive ingredients that make up a pizza (i.e. its just a piece of dough - flour, water, and yeast). The real problem with this place was they are way too heavy-handed with the spices. Too much salt, garlic, and pepper. Also, the pizza is pretty good (again, NY style NOT Italian style). However, I wouldnt go there for the pasta - its cooked about 5 minutes beyond al dente. Again, sort of NY style pasta...but no one in Italy cooks pasta like this. So, this is a nice American pizzeria - but its not at all positively influenced by Italian food culture. Its a New York style pizzeria and lives up to THAT name very well. The pizza dough is well-cooked and the antipasto salad was a pretty good deal for $7. Just dont order a foccaccia because youll be disappointed by the price!

im from nyc and their food is great, its not what i got back home but its damn good. service is great. those kids are doin a good job. i gotta laugh when i hear em makin small talk between tables about worrying about this paper that due. or a speech theyre nervous about. ( theyre clearing paying theyre way through school) i like that.......and the driver, the big guy with the jeep. i wouldnt mind hangin out with him. funny isnt the word for this kid. ( im gettin side tracked) as i was reading the other reviews i stumbeled upon that absolutely called on my attention. the guy trying to use what sounds like their brickhouse bucks for dine in. if this uptight crybaby moron had taken the time to read them which they clearly state on the back " not to be combined with any other coupon or discount" AND " for take-out and delivery only" ONLY dummy. open your eyes and you might have seen that. as for the foccacia bread........they dont offer that on the menu soooooooooooo i wouldnt expect them to know how to make it. who cares who gives it away before the meal, i dont, unless i go to a place that i know has it! this review is over. i have spoken. if you disagree i could care less. bhpp <3 word.

My wife and I took our kids on a Friday night before a Roswell HS football game. Terrible experience. We ordered a large pizza for our three young kids and a Chicken Marsala for my wife and I to share. The pizza came out fairly quickly and was okay, our Marsala never made it to the table. We eventually had to ask the waiter to box it to go and we ate it at home... it was very poor quality. Tasted awful. When we finally asked where the other meal was (our kids were done eating the pizza) the waiter said, "must have been a miscommunication?" Not, "I am sorry". "Let me make this right", "I will correct this now", nothing... oh, and when we got home, we realized they didnt give us the garlic knots that came with our meal. You will find our family at a lot of Italian/Pizza places in Roswell, but never again at this one. It was our first and last visit. And on a Friday night before a Roswell home football game, the place was near empty (they are about 2 miles from the HS). I guess others know what we didnt. Save your money and avoid this place.

Arrived just after Noon and was shown a seat, but not helped until nearly 20 minutes later after flagging down a waiter just to get menus and try to order. Even then, the waiter only took our drink orders and it was another 10 minutes to order lunch after some random waitress noticed we still had menus and been there a good while. Just to get two orders of the cheese pizza slices lunch special was another 20 minutes. Ended up having to wolf it down and stand at the register just to get our checks after asking the waitress for them and never getting them. Pizza was just ok, seemed bland sauce-wise and really needs something to pep it up. More spices or something to give it flavor. Waitress was nice, but the entire staff looked to be easily confused with a crowd and even more easily side-tracked away from simple things like refills and getting the check. Was really craving pizza, but this didnt do a thing to satisfy that craving and I doubt that my co-worker and I will be back.

We used to love getting pizza from here, but after three bad experiences with messed up delivery we wont be ordering from them again. They have messed up the order on several occasions and once the delivery person was carrying the pizzas vertically. Today, after the pizza arrived 25 minutes late, one of the two pizzas had the incorrect topping. When I called, they said they would send the right one, but I needed to send the wrong one back. I said "No, we are eating the wrong one because everyone is starving, but Ill save a couple pieces so you can see we arent lying." Fine. Then about 5 minutes later I got a call back from someone else who seemed to have a hard time comprehending what the original order was and who again asked me to send the original pizza back. After more complaints from me, I was finally offered 10% off on my next order (instead of sending me the correct pizza), which I will never use because I wont be ordering from there again.

I order delivery from this place. The drivers are always very nice. I love the salad and their house made creamy Italian dressing. Ive had the pizza, calzone, and some different pastas. Everything Ive ordered has been excellent. Their garlic knots they send with the pasta is really yummy too. The red sauce for the pastas, etc is really good. And I know my sauce - Im half Italian and my cooking genes definitely came from that side of my family. Once youve had their pizza delivered, youll never look at dominos the same way again. Im sure Ill make into their restaurant at some point. But the delivery is addictive.

Decent pizza but horrible service. Do not waste your time with delivery or takeout. Ive had problems before with bad delivery service and received no response from the management so I decided to get it to go. Todays to go order sat finished, on top of the ovens for 10 minutes before the guy finally called my name. I asked him how long they had been sitting there and he looked me straight in the eye, lied, and said that they had just come out of the oven. When I got home part of the remaining order was missing. When I called, the girl on the phone said "sorry". I wont throw away money there again.
